Yeah "Lord and saviour" is meant to be said in one sentence. Whether you make Jesus Lord first or saviour first it makes no difference you get one you get the other it's only one person not two. Different people respond to different things first, some may see Christ as their saviour first and foremost and others see Christ as their lord first and foremost. It's silly to say that lordship salvation is an enemy to soul winning if it is the gospel being preached, it doesnt matter which order repent or believe first it doesn't matter and as it is in the heart we can't really tell anyway and even the person themself may not know whether they repented or believed first.
