What Jullianna's guy was probably referring to is a metrosexual manicure...It's much the same thing as a manicure for women, except one of the parties involved is slightly less female. Other than that, it usually involves the same elevated gossip level, the same statistical probability that one or both parties are wearing pink, etc.
