Here's how I think of it: Would Jesus cuss? Would you cuss if you talked to Him face-to-face?

Words aren't "just words"

They can bring someone up, or kick them down. They can cut, or they can heal. They can make peace, and they can cause controversy. They can turn away wrath, and stir up anger. They can bless God, yet curse people.

That is why people say "Choose your words carefully." words are powerful.
