Then you're saved, period, and don't have to be afraid. You are forgiven.
Because you are so afraid of doing it proves you have not done it. People who blaspheme do it intentionally and these are always enemies of Christ. Sometimes temptation from satan will come to say bad things about God but this is not you that is the devil doing that. Tell the evil thoughts to be gone in Jesus's name.
