I fail to see how the words being born again instead of born from above, is anything to be concerned about.
The fact that a person must be born again, is implicit in the statement to be 'born from above' anyway. So he may as well have said "born again". Jesus clarifies what he means in the next verses anyway. So it is probably nothing to be worried about, and is not an incorrect translation.
