the blood of Jesus covers us during the times that God executes judgment on nations
God poured destruction on the land of Egypt.

God instructed the Israelites to smear blood on their door posts thus the plague passed over them

God made a distinction between the Israelites and the Egyptians such that the Israelites were not affected by the plagues

What great lesson is this for believers in the future and what does it point to ?

(Ro 5:9).

No doubt and what I like is it clearly teaches that WHEN I SEE THE BLOOD I WILL PASS OVER YOU.....

Does not say...WHEN I see the BLOOD, WORKS and WATER I will pass over you......!

The blood of Christ....
Romans 3:25, 5:9 Propitiation and forgiveness of sins and justification, salvation
Ephesians 1:7, 2:13 Redemption (buy back) and forgiveness, made nigh unto God
Colossians 1:14,20 Redemption, forgiveness and reconciled and at peace with God
Hebrews 9:12,22 Blood of the New COVENANT, and remission of sins
1st Peter 1:2, 19 Elected and sanctified by the blood, redeemed by the precious blood
1st John 1:7 Continual cleansing
Revelation 1:5 Washed from our sins and made white

Is it o.k. to be positive a little anyway....God is Love? Right? What about John 3:16 & 17

For God so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be save.

It is not God's intent to damn everyone to hell but that through love that they might choose the different way out that has been freely provided for them...If one does land in that place it is because they rejected God's offer of a loving way out.

It covers us from the wrath of God where will the saints be when the wrath fall ?

Exodus 8:20-24King James Version (KJV)

20 And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

Why were they not taken to heaven to flee the plagues ?
Would God do the same in the future ?

IT's all about the blood or the Cross, they are the same. Many will put heir works above the cross and spit upon it. I meant so called Christians, they will honor and boast of their works and defecate on the cross and say well that's just the beginning and we have no need for it now. We have grown fat and have need of nothing.

As God saw the blood on Israel so to today on spiritual Israel He will pass over thus the plagues will not affect them while they are on the earth thus there is no rapture as man teach this coward doctrine for foolish virgins

The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and protects us from all harm. Yes God will protect His children from the plagues that He pours down upon the wicked and He protects His children from the wicked who are persecuting them. But during the final wrath of God upon the wicked we will be up in Heaven enjoying the marriage supper of the Lamb. Because the final wrath happens after the resurrection and rapture of the church.

The blood would protect us during the plagues no one is going to Heaven

Are you saying God cannot protect His people during His wrath ?
