Confirmation that the Roman Empire is not the 8th King of Revelation 17

For a number of years now, I have considered it possible that the 8th king was a revived Roman Empire. I have heard a lot of people coming to that conclusion.

While I have considered it, I kept coming back to Islam. However, in effort to remain humble I have continued to consider it. Until today that is when I found confirmation that the Roman Empire is not the 8th, but Persia (Islam) in fact is.

Here I intend to share this for those of you that are also seeking the deep of God concerning the days leading to the great and terrible day of our Lord:

Most already know that the 6th king spoken of by John is the Roman Empire. Scriptures make it pretty easy to identify.

Revelation 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

So the "one is" was the Roman Empire at the time that John wrote this.

So, why can't the 8th be the Roman Empire?

Revelation 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, yet is one of the seven and goeth into perdition.

It is written that the 8th IS NOT which would exclude the Roman Empire because it was at that time.

So we can see how the 8th cannot be the 6th (Roman Empire) or the 7th (because it was not yet).

WAS indicates that it used to be an empire, so it can be concluded that it was one of the five fallen empires.

Why do I insist that this empire is a revived Persian Empire (Islamic)?

Daniel 11:2 “And now will I show thee the truth: Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer than them all; and by his strength through his riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Greece.

The fourth king of Persia is described in Daniel 11 as the beast kingdom (8th) that is ruled by the man of perdition (Antichrist)

Persia is under Islamic rule and here are some very descriptive details in Daniel 11. While many could apply to other groups as well, a few details really single out one group. Especially the last few verses...

Daniel 11
43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and ofsilver, and over all the precious things of Egypt; and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.
44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him. Therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy and utterly to sweep away many.
45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain. Yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

What currently sits on the holy mount (Mount Zion) of God? Where does Islam plan to throne the Mahdi (Islamic messiah)?

Look into it.

VERY interesting indeed and something that I did NOT consider; yet a few years ago God revealed the nature of the black stone to me. I will be doing some serious study on this. Thank you so much for sharing.

Actually the two legs of clay(mixture) represents the 7th king or revived Roman Empire (Rome & Constantinople). Christians tend to forget that the great Roman Empire had two capitals: Rome(Gentile) & Constantinople (Arabic). Yes, Islam/Muslims will play a vital role in the last, latter days & endtime before Jesus appears. And we tend to forget the majority of those past empires were Arabic and now are influenced by Islam.

I was given a vision over a year ago... lines up with this exactly. The black stone..the false identity of it...and jesus being the true king
Here is the vision that was given by the lord
I saw the earth and all the earth colors
colors representing nations and people there in
this part of the earth became the iris of an eye
three words spoken to me here (eye of god)
A pupil ((black stone??)) appeared in the center of these nations
i saw three things in (this) one place
one nation
a birth canal
a celebration
I was then taken to the pupil (black stone??)
I was placed inside, it was like that of a (( woman's womb..))
Jesus appeared there and spoke these words to me ( the truth inside the lie)
"The earth will quake and tremble like that of a woman in labor .. nation will rise against nation, do not fear, for i am coming"
I was then removed from the womb and shown the eye again
the eye began moving..
the pupil and the iris together ...NOTE to self.. ((the gathering of people around the black stone??))

Sharing this because inclines up not with just the video.. but the truth of jesus hidden ((inside the lie))

There was more that came to the vision later.. the iris of the eye in a later vision became white.. when I saw the color of what surrounds the black stone at that temple brought that part of the vision into focus..I forgot about it until just now..came back to post.. also the people in the video are wearing white who encircle the shrine of that stone..

Certainly Rome will take part in the final empire. However, the 8 kings detailed specify that the final beast was not, but was (past tense). Rome was not past at the time John wrote that, it was (the 6th head).

Daniel specified 4 kings of "Persia". Looking into the history of Persia, you will see that it was taken by the Ottoman empire (Islam). The 4th king of Persia is the only one that has not yet appeared and is described as being greater than all the others and the one that brings desolation upon the wings of abomination (the man of perdition).

Please stay with me here cause I think we may be in agreement in part and you may find this interesting to consider.

Other than the man of perdition, there is mentioned the false prophet. I considered for awhile that the false prophet could be another Imam of Islam but that does not make sense because a false prophet (like Jezebel) claims to speak on the behalf of God Almighty (not a false god like Allah). They speak great things and as shown in Jeremiah, they will claim that everything is OK and that the sword and famine is not coming upon the land despite what the true prophets (like Jeremiah) declare.

So then, I have only seen one that I consider fits the description of the false prophet; one that even now is in support of trying to join with Islam in a peaceful way. That one would be the pope (leader of Rome in the form of the Roman Catholic church). Seeing as the scriptures say that the 8th beast will rule "with" the others, this makes perfect sense to me and would also explain why so many would be deceived.

Just imagine if the pope himself was deceived and declared the Mahdi of Islam to be the return of Jesus Christ back to establish his kingdom upon earth (especially since this [establish his kingdom upon the earth ] is what the Mahdi is said to do in the Qu'Ran and by Islam).

So I am not certain the exact nature of the false prophet, but this will be the next thing I plan to study now that the 8th kingdom has been confirmed.

A few years ago, I had no idea what the black stone or Kaaba was much less even knew they existed. When I read about the black stone and how it had fallen from Heaven, I immediately had a vision of Lucifer falling from Heaven. The more I read, the more it confirmed that this stone is a manifestation of Lucifer's fall and THAT is what the people are worshiping as THEY do the same that Lucifer did by exalting them selves above God and all that is holy; even to the point of appointing a MAN as god of the earth (the man of perdition; the Antichrist).

I was very pleased to have viewed this video and it has confirmed so much that God has been teaching me about the end times of the Bible. I had know very little of the history of the kingdom of satan, with the details of this video I have gained much knowledge to fill in the details. The only question I have is of the the identity of the "man of sin". I have thought of him as a muslin messiah, coming from Egypt ,not turkey. The prince of Persia is not a man but a demon. The kings are in reference to demonic kings over certain kingdoms. So the 8th king is a demon (i.e. the beast who rises up) that is in control of a certain empire.

For the word "Prince" in some cases in the Bible refers to: - Principality, powers, (Which are demons).

Umm...there are Seven hills in Rome on the eastern side of the Tiber, which was what Rome was at the time of John. The Vatican hill is on the western side of the Tiber, and was counted as outside of the city proper, in fact it was viewed very much as a place of slaves and gladiators.

Also, the Eucharist was practiced as early as 115 AD by Christians, and reportedly even earlier according to Polycarp, as early as 45 AD (Polycarp's testimony there).

But don't let a little thing like geography and Christian contemporaries of the Apostles interrupt your insanity.
