Should Christian's preach the Gospel even though it offends people? Listen, understand that the Gospel is offensive to all who are in darkness, because the light exposes it. "Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed." -John 3:20 Did this stop Christ from peaching the Gospel though? No he continued even if people got offended. "Then the disciples came to him and asked, "Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?"- Matthew 15:12 Therefore we should not be afraid to offend by preaching the truth. However, we are not to force the truth on anyone. Imagine that a man was starving and thirsty in the middle of the desert, and you were the only person with water and food. It would be irresponsible not to offer him something to eat and drink so he would not die. How much of a tragedy it is to see that man reject your food and water and he eats sand instead?

The true Gospel will always be rejected and hated by most people. But we preach it for the ones who will accept. Read about Jonah.

I;ll go one step further. The true GOSPEL will be rejeced by the CHURCH. THey will cling to their doctrines and miss the boat .. The time is combing when God's true people will be revealed and those that cling to OSAS, the Rapture, the 1000 Milleneum will be left BEHIND.

Sound doctrine is not the issue.
The "laity" mentality is the issue.
We are called to be the ambassadors of Christ and His Kingdom while we are here in this world.
We are called to live as strangers (illegal aliens) to this world, as our citizenship is in Heaven.

So many are asleep. They've settled into living out their lives, with religion as a hobby.

A friend told me a good metaphor.
Imagine our lives as an Ipad or Iphone.
So often, we feel that we are doing good, because we downloaded the Jesus app.
We open it once every weekend, and then sometimes during the week when we feel like we need some help or are feeling upset.
Jesus isn't supposed to be just an app that we use.
Jesus is supposed to be our operating system!
Everything we do is supposed to be run in and through Jesus Christ.

When we live our lives, every moment should be DISPLAYING the Gospel to others.
We should be sharing the Gospel with our every move, not just with our words.

Our words should be supported by our actions.
The best way to witness to someone, is by letting them witness you living in Christ (and then explaining to them why you are able to have joy in all things, and how they can be freed as well).
