What does it mean to delight myself in the Lord and how do I do it?

I believe that this means to delight in the law of the Lord, to be passionate and joyful in worship, constant in prayer, and bold in representing your faith in Jesus Christ.

we talk about worship - and we find that hard to define in human(secular) terms

the Jews had the right idea - when they got together to worship - they really partied(in a nice way)

delighting in God is really just ENJOYING HIM

Love the Lord with all your heart, soul and mind. Remind yourself all the time how God loves you. Read scriptures on how God loves you. What he thinks about you. How he wants to bless you. Having God first place in all of you. Being so happy that he cares so much about you and what all you can do to make him happy.
For 7 dollars you can get a disk Encouraging words of Hope & Life by Richard and Lindsey Roberts. It has verse after verse of how God loves youand how wonderful he thinks of you.
I think it would bless your heart it does mine.
