I appreciate your time served in the military. Between you and I, there is a war in the book of Revelation which kills 1/3 of man. These soldiers will be under orders to distribute these implants until supplies run out.

I know where you're coming from with this, but I will respectfully disagree. I pray that God will spare me from ever having to take a human life, however, every time a Christian dies at the hands of a muslim terrorist, that's one less Christian bearing good fruit and advancing the Kingdom. Every time a terrorists dies, it provides a better opportunity for the unsaved to be saved.
I think the OP was an attempt at humor and trying to lighten the tone of the Bible Discussion Forum. I for one laughed and applaud the effort. And someone without weapons experience might be forgiven for not understanding caliber references.
