Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, (King James Bible, Hebrews 12:1)

We all get frustrated and lose our drive for perseverance which ultimately affects our race. How is it that we lose our endurance? It's when we take our eyes off of Christ and start focusing on our own circumstances that we begin to slow down. When it comes to running, the key to keeping up endurance is pacing yourself. Let's pace ourselves with Christ.

amein! HE is FAITHFUL!

...."lay aside every weight".....

if people pray for this, they are always surprised ! (and most followers or disciples walk away from Jesus after this. they say He asks too much ! ) ..... but no one else offers eternal life ! HE IS THE WAY !

the race, the race, start, stall, stop, start, stall, stop, start...
the merry-go-round never ceases but then if our love increases
we will persevere and bear acceptable fruits that will increase our
confidence and hope beyond imagination.

Paul calls our walk a race and as we wake and prepare for another day
some things are brand new but then there's the baggage from yesterday
that we must over-come anew.
the refining is never-ending and no amount of pretending will ever make our
journey anything but a precious gift that continually brings us highs and lows and
and everything in-between.
adjusting our hearts and minds to conform to our Father's wishes takes a spiritual
dedication from seeds that could only have been planted and watered, and nurtured
by Him, and so we begin anew -
once again, another day, another way, to express our love for the One above who loves and draws us...
