I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me, I do not nullify the grace of God
.

I have been reading "Future Grace" by John Piper, and it's been pretty awesome.

"Faith is the act of our soul that turns away from our own insufficiency to the free and all-sufficient resources of God"

"Faith cannot boast in human goodness or competence or wisdom, because faith focuses on the free, all-supplying grace of God"

Sometimes, maybe like me you can feel like, how come they just don't get it, it really isn't that hard, it logically follows, the Bible explicitly says it, the whole of Scripture supports it, come on bro?

Everything you know is a Grace that God has given you, so why do I act like I never received it, but it came from myself?

I also have a melancholy disposition where the "rules rule"

-There is black and white
-The text says what the text says
-God says it, I believe it
-If it doesn't say it, I don't
-If it is supported in Scripture - I do

So this is my thinking process, it might not be yours, I also fail to realize people have different thinking patterns

was listening to the Heresy hour in CC bible study - from Roman Catholicism, to Oneness Pentecostalism, all sorts

Which there were many people who held those beliefs or some version - and your just like, in the flesh - your a moron

I am not boasting in my err, and unloving attitude

But when I have those thoughts, I forget that all that I have, all that I know - has been given in His grace to me through faith.

I have been nullifying God's Grace in my life by doing so

So my hope is that instead of thinking, your a moron, I shall replace it by saying "there by the grace of God, go I, Thank you for your wisdom shown to me Lord. Then I'll praise, and pray - but I still won't cower in support to heretics, which some do.

Wow, so that was really amazing, I think that is in the hearts of many, you had the courage to say it. Thank you.

Acts 20:28, "Therefore, be on guard for yourselves and the whole flock over which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to feed the called out ones of Yahweh, which Yahshua has purchased with His own blood."

IMO the sum of all things;

John 5:24, "Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life."

John 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

All the family, that is those who comprise the Body of Jesus Christ in this age live in His grace. We are counted perfect.

This by no means is teaching anyone should be deliberately disobedient. There is no great debate, for God says He likens disobedience to idolatry.

Go ahead folks, remain confused if it is what you choose.

I choose to believe Jesus Christ, live in His grace because of His Blood, and to always obey what I know He wills. If and when I fial, He will lift me up. Again, keep making it a mystery if this is what floats your boat.
