Why couldn't the post-Flood 'Nephilim' just have been giant people who reminded Shem, Ham and Japheth and their wives' descendants of the Nephilim from pre-Flood times? I think that's much more likely.
the post flood giants/hybrids were more than just tall, the bible gives many examples of them being full of evil,corruption, etc. nimrod rebelled against the Almighty himself.
the term giant leads people off track. they were probably tall but that wasnt the issue, these things caused lots and lots of trouble. the fact they were so evil is whats significant.
