Well...seeing how evil men and seducers will wax worse and worse and before the Lord returns there will be a great apostasy from the truth by those who supposedly know the truth.......good luck with that!

At the end of the day...true believers can pray anytime they choose to pray.....no matter where they may or may not be.....but as far as biblical, full class room prayer the odds are not good...!

Am I just a fool?
For standing alone while they mock Your name
"If your God is so good, then why so much pain?"
I'm not sure, not so sure that God is to blame
So don't be a fool
Please don't be a fool

You can still pray in schools silently (between you and God) in secret, He sees.

Maybe not an open show in school, but I dont see where Jesus seem to care for that

I want to get prayer put back in schools
no one ever stopped me from praying in school.

Jesus taught me i should pray behind closed doors, so that the Father who sees and hears what's done where no other living being could hear it or see it, He will hear and see, and reward me.

i never felt like i had to let the whole school know that i was praying.

hey, i'm not pro-prayer-banning or anything, just saying..

Amen.

Personally, my wife and I homeschool our own three children, so this isn't really an issue for us. That being said, with schools being the way that they are these days, if our children did attend public school, then WE would be praying a lot more than they would.

I get your point! But if you want to see some real persecution then obey God and not men and pray anyway. I think Daniel got into some trouble over this praying thing.

Best way to combat the ongoing war against Christianity in our Public School Systems is for the Students themselves to take the initiative to organize. Christian Student Associations.

Current Law is directed at the School Administrators/Teachers themselves NOT promoting or conducting any religious activities such as prayer, or reading of the Bible. Students STILL have a legal right to do so. Now, they will be challenged, and there will be blow back, but if a student is serious about professing their Christian faith, they should be willing to face what comes.

Everything that has been lost over the years, God/prayer/whatever in Schools was NOT taken from us, we (Christians) surrendered it willingly because we did not have the courage to stand up as a Church Body and say NO! We were not willing to take a stand, and were not willing to go to war with the anti-Christ liberals who want to wipe away any mention of God in our society. For what has happened, we have only ourselves to blame.

If you truly want to put prayer back in school, then the next time you or one of your children go to school, take/give them a small Bible NT Edition, and when you/they are in your/their first class of the day, take a moment, read your/their Bible quietly, and then quietly pray while sitting at your/their desk. Mission accomplished.

No need to make a great spectacle of it, for you/they will be surely noticed, and the God hating liberals will make a spectacle enough..............just be ready to accept what comes.

PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD!

No prayer! No Pledge of Allegiance! No parental permission for abortions! Schools are supposed to be institutions of education but is there any learning taking place? Without prayer, without patriotism, without common sense, the answer to my question seems to be a resounding, no.

Perhaps, but where did God ever instruct parents to SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO SCHOOL?

Just asking...

Funny thing is, American schools were established, in part, so children could learn about God. :)

If the church goers practiced all things common as the priesthood does...then the priesthood would be teaching Gods children for free.

2 Corinthians 12:13-15King James Version (KJV)

13*For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong.

14*Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

15*And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.

At my school we have a group called First Priority a group of people several states away is trying to get it took away I emailed a local news station to see what I could get done and I haven't heard anything back I think for the ones who want to worship God it should be available without the fear of getting in trouble those who don't want to participate wouldn't have to.

In our community, we have groups of mothers who meet one morning a week to pray for their children while in school. For the teachers and many other things. It has been powerful and they see results not only from their own children, but in some of the decisions the teachers have made.

This goes on through High School where it is needed badly.

All the while we teach the children how to stay divided, stay loyal to our own families, and devalue The Word of God.
Mainstream church goers teach that the following verse is a lie...through their body language at the least
As it is written...they acknowledge me with their lips but their heart is far from me.

Luke 10:41-42King James Version (KJV)

41*And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:

42*But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
