Gods law is Spiritual its the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. Its not found in the "letter" its not kept through the written code its kept through walking in life and love that flows from the Spirit of grace. The old written code was only a shadow of the Spirit that has been given to those who have believed. The old written code was a legal standard that brought judgment unto death. We have been delivered from that judgment by the judgment that was put upon Christ at His Cross. LIFE and love are the commandments of God. That's Gods law! Do you really live and love the Law of God?

Yes I do love His Law/Instructions.

but it is only because He guided me to first understand the worlds need for them and then the beauty within, and then a heart change....

Ezekiyl 36:26-28, "A new heart; mind, will I also give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, and will give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments, and do them. And you will dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and you will be My people, and I will be your Father."

Yeremyah 31:33, "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israyl: After those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and I will be their Strength, and they will be My people."

"Law" is word #H8451 - torah - torah: direction, instruction, law Original Word: תּוֹרָה Part of Speech: Noun Feminine Transliteration: torah

Hebrews 10:16, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Law into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them."

Revelation 12:17
New American Standard Bible
So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.

1 John 5:2-3 (ESV), By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. "

Proverbs 6:23, "For the commandments are a lamp, the Law is light, and reproofs of instruction are the way to life."

Revelation 22:12-15, "And behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be. I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods and everyone who professes to love, yet practices falsehood."

Matt 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh--the smallest of the letters--will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1-2, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, Yahchanan, saw the holy city, Yahweh Shammah, coming down from Yahweh out of heaven, prepared as brides adorned for their husbands. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying: Behold, the tabernacle of Yahweh is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and Yahweh Himself will be with them, and be their Father.

Hebrews 7:11-12, "Now if perfection had been attainable through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need would there have been for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, rather than one named after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law."

Psalm 89:26-37, "He will call out to Me; You are my Father, O Yahweh! You are the Rock of my salvation! And I will make Him My firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy I will keep for Him forever and My covenant will stand fast with Him. And I will establish his Seed forever, and his throne will be as the days of heaven. Should his children forsake My Law, and refuse to walk in My judgments; Should they profane My statutes, and fail to keep My commandments; Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with lashes from the whip. Nevertheless, My lovingkindness I will not utterly withdraw from him, nor will I ever betray My faithfulness. My covenant I will not break, nor will I change what that has gone out of My lips. Once for all, I have vowed by My holiness--I cannot lie, and I say to David: His Seed will endure forever, and his throne will endure before Me like the sun. His throne will be established forever like the moon: the faithful witness in the sky."

The commandments of Yahweh are pure, bringing understanding to the eyes. The reverence of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of Yahweh are true and altogether righteous. They are more to be desired than gold, yes, than even much fine gold. They are sweeter than honey and the honeycomb."

Good Hiz. Then always remember Gods law is only kept in love and by the Spirit of God working love and life in us and have no confidence in the flesh; then you will prove you love Him and keep His commandment. Only when you love as He loves us. There is no other way than through Christ!

"keeping" the Law in any matter except the manner He described is not "keeping" it but is like what the pharisees did, they adjusted the Law so they could do whatever they wanted and in THEIR eyes be "ok"

I know im not perfect and do not walk in His ways all the time, only do I do His will when im focused on Him and dont ignore His guidance. However I know its His Standard not mine, so if I sin/transgress His Law I ask for mercy and the strength to do His will. period. may He guide me and every one who seeks Him to do His will. period.

That is great you stated instructions because the Sacred Word is ABBBA's instructions and teachings for HIS children how to live. There is beautiful poetry for our souls and wisdom.

The Pharisees taught legalism. Jesus taught love. We know the only way to fulfill what the law demanded is by love in the Spirit. So why are so many teaching legalism and not love? Do they "really" love Gods law? Why not teach how to keep it instead of how to break it through legalism?

Love God ... love others. That's God's love, amen. And I do love it and try my best to live it.

Another thought. Even the OT Law that brought us under condemnation I love. Because it makes me appreciate all the more what Christ freed me from. Without it I would never know the extent of God's mercy.

How can we love if we ignore what Yah calls love?

Romans 13:9-14, "For the commandments: You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not bring false testimony, You shall not covet, and all other commandments are summed up in these Laws; namely: You must love your neighbor as yourself. Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the Law. Put On Yahshua Messiah And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us throw off the works of darkness, and put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the daytime; not in revelry and drunkenness, not in sexual impurity and debauchery, not in strife and envy. Rather, humble yourself to our Ruler, Yahshua Messiah, and put a stop to providing for the lusts of the flesh."

Exodus 20:6, "But showing love to thousands who love Me by keeping My Laws."

yet im told this is the only thing one can do to "fall from grace"

obedience out of a purre heart and "justification by works" and very differentthings, but those who hate Yah's Instructions or who have been taught to ignore them, many times do not seem to see a difference.

I agree with this. The Pharisees taught legalism. They had laws that were fences around the Law. They taught crazy things like a Sabbath day's journey was a certain distance. Do you know where they got the number for that?

Jesus taught love. I agree wholeheartedly. He taught this...

Mat 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

He makes it plain through John, the Apostle He loved what real love is...

1Jn 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1Jn 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

What are God's Commandments?

I would direct you back to the words of Jesus Christ...

Mat 19:18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
Mat 19:19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

He makes it obvious here He is speaking of the Ten Commandments.

The more we walk in love and the life of the Spirit; the more we truly understand what it means that the law is spiritual. The more we love the more we understand the law written upon our hearts. The more we understand the obedience from the heart the more we understand that we obey God because of love and not from fear of judgment . This is the Kingdom of God; not in legalism but in love.

The law of God is not something outside of us; its not something written on stones or with ink on paper.. its the Spirit of God in us and the oldness of the letter is not and cannot bring the believer unto true obedience to God.
