Because jesus took upon himself the penalty for my sin under Gods righteous judgment on himself and conquered sin and death and satan.

Jesus command is to "love God, love others. All the Old Testament law hangs on those two commands.

Scripture tells us that "there is no one good...no not one. Our righteousness is as filthy rags to God. Interstingly enough, the filthy rags being referred to is the menstrual cloth. How do you feel now?
