Had doctor's appt. with the spine surgeon today. Ugh.. He recommended MORE physical therapy for my back, I'm soooo sick of having a bad back!! :( I would give ANYTHING for even just ONE DAY with no twinges, no pain, no nothing. I'm tired, I ache, and I wanna go "home".. Many times I wonder how many pain pills it would take to just drift away.

Don't worry, I'm not gonna do it. I'm stronger than that, and I ain't about to let satan conquer me with everything he's throwing my way lately. :) I'm a survivor, and this is just another obstacle in my path. I WILL go over it, around it, under it or through it to remove it from my path. I will cry, I will scream and yell, I will be in agony, but I SHALL overcome this!! :eek: I will NOT let the devil win and defeat me. I am stronger than my pain, and I am stronger than my sorrow. I will weather this storm and come out victorious!! :)

there are some doctors who don't believe in chiropractic. i don't understand why though lol.

i know there are some cases that chiropractic won't improve anything. it all depends on the condition. there have been a couple of times when my boss has referred a patient out because there was nothing more boss could do for said patient. but more times than not, i have seen people improve drastically due to chiropractic. but each case is different :eek:

I've had degenerative disk disease in my back since I was about 27 or so. It is getting progressively worse, it won't EVER get better. It might not flare as much, but it won't get better. I guess this is just my cross to bear, even if I AM sick to death of bearing it. My primary physician said I'll be in a wheelchair someday. I think he's right. :(

heres something that may ease the burden for you it may be worth a try it's very easy to do low impact exercises.
it's (qigong) the gentleman in the video was in a bad accident that left him with server back damage he found help through these ancient practice. the beginner qigong dvd can be found at barns n noble or the web site I think I'll post both

The enemy is out to seek, kill, and destroy. I am unsure what you are dealing with right now, but the enemy can and will try to discourage you from claiming all that God has promised you. All I can say is plead the blood of Christ. Everytime you are discouraged, verbally declare those promises in the bible.

We all go through stages where it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but trust me it is there and every time you place your trust in God it will become clearer. I'm unsure whether you open up the word of God daily, but maybe start reading the book of Proverbs, it always encourages, yet at times corrects my way of thinking. I do hope and pray that God gives you the spirit of peace in the circumstances you are facing. God bless you, sister
