if you find a good chiropractor.. It may help. I found one, and he did a miracle. I could hardy walk. after a year.. I was so much better.. I still struggle. but not near as bad.. I was ready to have surgery, and that was 19 years ago

I have degenerative disk disease L5-S1. Chiropractor did me good. Your right,, it won;t get better, but if what causes the pain is helped or relieved, you will see improvement..

You just like me will never run a marathon again..lol

A nice morning. Quite warm for february in Oklahoma, so I open my window. Such a pleasant breeze while I'm sitting here at the computer(it's next to my open window) and then...............my nose tells me someone close has made a skunk mad! :(

Soaking up some rays...watching my pups enjoy the marrow bones I gave em and finished my outside 'chores'

Cleaning the downstairs later...did upstairs yesterday...planning a nice supper and all that good stuff
