I tell you what. Sleep these days is almost nonexistant... its 3:37am n I havent had one minutes sleep.

Not many of us probably get our 8 hours anymore sad that. Perhaps we'll end up not sleeping at all or like once a week in the future.

Yeah
the scary part is, scientists found out that just one hour less sleep, for a week (or was it two? ... anywya, a very short timespan) caused stress hormones to rise drastically... so much that it increased chances of heart attack and other bad stuff a lot
