Carrie Fisher passed away today. So did Richard Adams :(

Princess Leia was only 60. Richard (of Watership Down fame) was 96.

I was never a Star Wars fan... but I loved Watership Down :)

I read it again recently, and it did not have the same impact on me, though.

Some novels do, no matter how many times I read them. :D

My cat was doing something very similar to this when I was wrapping Christmas presents on a glass table top while she was underneath it. It was quite comical :)

It snowed here most of yesterday, but was a beautiful bright sunny
day here today, and most of the snow has melted already. :)

The sun has just recently set. It was fairly dramatic...



George Michael has also passed away, on Christmas day. He was only 53 years old...

Thanks for all of the prayers....I just don't take kindly to men who corner me and make threats when I correct their wrong doing.

Listen, I know you are a believer and one of my favorite songs the lyrics go, "I have a hope, I have a future, I have a destiny that is yet awaiting me" I will send a link to this song. Declare them in your life. We all have dreams and desires and the only thing separating us from them is us, because we allow self doubt, others and even the enemy from achieving them. Verbally declare them. I have had to make a list of God's promises and put them all over my room so I see them every time I'm getting ready or whatever it may be to remind myself.....God Bless

Yes, I'm a believer. Thank you. Maybe I try to avoid things that aren't clearly black or white, but go too far eg. I've always found the 'declaring things' exercise to be too similar to The Secret nonsense (which is definitely not of God). But there are some differences when your heart and mind are filled with the things of Christ.
