WOW!! That is awesome!! :D

To LittleBit:
I'm sorry your day wasn't a good one :( I hope you are doing better now.

To MailmanDan:
Sorry to hear that, brother. I've had to deal with a very unfriendly work environment before. I'll pray for you.
And thanks for the rep earlier!

I would appreciate prayers. I've been dealing with a hostile work environment again lately and I need strength to keep it from bringing out the worst in me. I have a low tolerance for nonsense and back biting at work.
Good morning Dan, good morning all, I will be praying for your situation :)

I would like to ask for prayers also. I have been working in a hostile work environment for thirty five years and it really gets to me sometimes. Things did improve a little when my original boss retired about six years ago, but we are extremely busy right now so the stress levels are high, and like you I do not like acting out. I have also had a headache for a few months now, and still suffer neuralgic pain from my shingles of late last year. Thank you to all who pray for me :)

Well, update on my car....

My mechanic was let of from his job... (differences of opinion between him and his boss) so my hubby and father in law had to drive back almost 2 hours south to get my car back. My car is now at my Inlaws and we STILL have no idea what's wrong with my car.

The loaner car I'm driving is fine, got the oil change on it, and had to go to a tire shop to completely replace the front driver side tire... even the guy who owns that shop told me he's surprised the tire didn't have a blow out. The bubble in the tire was so bad... I told him I've had guardian angels all around me lately. It's like almost cheating death? But having faith that the lord was with me the whole past 2-3 weeks.

so, there's the gist is what's been causing me stress the last few days. But all is well... kinda.

Thanks for the prayers... but we still don't know what to do with MY car... and this loaner car goes back to the owner in a month.

Umm. Keep the Ford for now and get a second car for reliable fun? Maybe an old Volvo?

Hubbys car IS the reliable one... but we both work and have 2 different times to go into work. My ford is a POS.... its dead. There's no saving it... but I wouldn't mind to take it in to get money for what parts are left and are salvageable... and use that as some kind of down payment for a "new" used car.

This sucks man. Car issues are the worst, especially if you have a beer belly.... or in your case 6 months pregnancy syndrome :p.

But now seriously sis, maybe drive around with hubby's car because it is not the right thing to struggle with when you are 6 months pregnant. I am sure he will understand :)

Can you describe the problem with the car? Wen you say its dead do you mean it won't start?

I would if we didn't work 2 different work schedules... I've tried already. He insists on driving his dads old truck that has NO AC... and me drive his rover to work when I can't get the damn key OUT of the ignition... I caused myself to get a blister last time I did that and STILL don't have feeling back in my index or thumb lol..

The good news is, the family that's letting me borrow their car.. is letting fame borrow it for another month. That way WE have time to figure out what we are gonna do with my car and what next steps to take.. which I've been praying to the lord about and I just need to be patient and wait for what he says or DOES on my behalf.

Gabe, it starts... just I don't have all 4 gears like I'm supposed too. It goes from 1st and third And that's it. Don't know what happened to 2nd Ana 4th. And my mechanic 2 months ago, connected my car computer to his diagnostics computer and drove around my neighborhood with that.. and he said my computer system in the car is telling my car to shift to second and 4th when its supposed too.... but the question is....

what the crap happened to 2nd and 4th gears??? That's why my mechanic wanted my car in his shop so he could take the trans out and look INTO it to see what's going on... And now he can't. And now we are screwed with my car getting fixed... and that means to pay someone else big money (which we definitely don't have) to look at my car and or junk it, and get the money (if there's any) for parts and use what little money that is as a down payment for yet another used car.

so right now my life kinda sucks... And trying to get this... and the nursery.. all figured out before baby Aidan gets here.. in 3 months. :(
