so What does everyone do to keep distracted... other than to stay in the word...

Hospital regulations require a wheel chair for patients being discharged. However, while working as a student nurse, I found one elderly gentleman already dressed and sitting on the bed with a suitcase at his feet, who insisted he didn’t need my help to leave the hospital. After a chat about rules being rules, he reluctantly let me wheel him to the elevator. On the way down I asked him if his wife was meeting him. ‘I don’t know,’ he said. ‘She’s still upstairs in the bathroom changing out of her hospital gown.’

You need to find a local body of Christ, I am not talking about church on Sunday and maybe wed night prayer, I am talking a body, friends you get together with often, and hang out as brothers and sisters. And then find that female friend you can share your innermost feelings with, and do the same with you, who will help come alongside side you in a discipleship relationship.

I never new about that in my first marriage thus had no help and eventually snapped where I just gave up. and ended up losing my marriage and everything.

I have trust issues... it comes with being burned my whole life and never keeping friends cause im too honest and upfront, that they just disappear and there goes that friendship. I have sisters in Christ close to me, that I do confide in and they are Always there when I need them. But I don’t want to just burden them with my problems all the time you know? Just seems like I’m not being a very good child of god when I go to them and not to the lord... I pray every day, and this week, I was attacked by the enemy cause in one area of my life, things were going ok... then another area, everything just fell apart. I don’t like fighting, or arguing... I’m the peacemaker in my family, so getting into a fight with my hubby about what I’m dealing with is completely pointless. Besides all this is also part of my mental health I’m going through as well.. and it’s not just postpartum...

I used to feel as you do. and acted just like you (I too was peacemaker and would never want to destroy that peace) that did not help. it made things worse.

When I found a great discipler. I realized he was just as much a sinner as I am. he just had different issues. I guess the issue is them opening up to you also. That's why I said would be good to find great sister. If you have people judging you, You are dealing with legalism and need to find another church. we all have our besetting sins, If we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves.

I'm so hungry...havent eaten since yesterday at noon, but I don't feel like eating anything. I hope other people have experienced that before because I don't know what to think

Yea its normal. After awhile your body suppresses its own feeling of hunger.. Its not good for your metabolism though... It means it is operating at minimum speed.

You might consider getting some protein powder (from Walmart, for example) and mix it with water. Using a peanut butter jar to shake it up works really well.

Question: Am I allowed to have and express opinions and feelings towards my brother's divorce and my adulterous soon-to-be-ex sister-in law and the destruction of their family or am I supposed to suppress those too?

Crazy to think how the lord works..

I blessed a woman at church Sunday... all I did was give her a hug, she thanked me afterwards, then yesterday me and my family were blessed by someone (don’t know who) ans they left us a gift at church. Let’s just say my heavy stress of bills and the bank account won’t be an issue. I was so overwhelmed I couldn’t cry. I just smiled and thanked the lord over and over and over. He’s so good, and when you least expect it... he showed up and blessed us.
