I am amazed how storms are used in the believers lives to bring Glory to ABBA(GOD). Hallelujah! Storms are uncharted waters that are full of chaos in the midst of turmoil within our soul, minds, heart and spirit. How many times does ABBA(GOD) used storms in the Sacred Word to establish HIS foundation in a believers life? Anyone going through uncharted waters that a believer feels one is drowning within the abyss of darkness? There is an Anchor to save you from drowning of the abyss of torment. Believers in the Sacred Word who were used in or delivered from a storm.

[h=1]Genesis 6 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h]17 “Understand that I am bringing a flood—floodwaters on the earth to destroy every creature under heaven with the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will die. 18 But I will establish My covenant with you, and you will enter the ark with your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives.

[h=1]Jonah 1 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h][h=3]Jonah’s Flight[/h][h=3][/h]4 Then the Lord hurled a violent wind on the sea, and such a violent storm arose on the sea that the ship threatened to break apart. 5 The sailors were afraid, and each cried out to his god. They threw the ship’s cargo into the sea to lighten the load. Meanwhile, Jonah had gone down to the lowest part of the vessel and had stretched out and fallen into a deep sleep.
6 The captain approached him and said, “What are you doing sound asleep? Get up! Call to your god.[b] Maybe this god will consider us, and we won’t perish.”
7 “Come on!” the sailors said to each other. “Let’s cast lots. Then we’ll know who is to blame for this trouble we’re in.” So they cast lots, and the lot singled out Jonah. 8 Then they said to him, “Tell us who is to blame for this trouble we’re in. What is your business and where are you from? What is your country and what people are you from?”
9 He answered them, “I’m a Hebrew. I worship[c] Yahweh, the God of the heavens, who made the sea and the dry land.”
10 Then the men were even more afraid and said to him, “What is this you’ve done?” The men knew he was fleeing from the Lord’s presence, because he had told them. 11 So they said to him, “What should we do to you to calm this sea that’s against us?” For the sea was getting worse and worse.
12 He answered them, “Pick me up and throw me into the sea[d] so it may quiet down for you, for I know that I’m to blame for this violent storm that is against you.13 Nevertheless, the men rowed hard to get back to dry land, but they couldn’t because the sea was raging against them more and more.

[h=1]Isaiah 4 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h][h=3]Zion’s Future Glory[/h]2 On that day the Branch of[a] the Lord will be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land will be the pride and glory of Israel’s survivors. 3 Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem will be called holy—all in Jerusalem who are destined to live— 4 when the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the blood guilt from the heart of Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of burning. 5 Then the Lord will create a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night over the entire site of Mount Zion and over its assemblies. For there will be a canopy over all the glory,[b] 6 and there will be a booth for shade from heat by day, and a refuge and shelter from storm and rain.

[h=1]Job 30 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h]
20 I cry out to You for help, but You do not answer me;
when I stand up, You merely look at me.
21 You have turned against me with cruelty;
You harass me with Your strong hand.
22
You lift me up on the wind and make me ride it;
You scatter me in the storm.

23 Yes, I know that You will lead me to death—
the place appointed for all who live.

[h=1]Psalm 55 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h][h=3]Betrayal by a Friend[/h][h=4]For the choir director: with stringed instruments. A Davidic Maskil.[/h]1 God, listen to my prayer
and do not ignore[a] my plea for help.
2 Pay attention to me and answer me.
I am restless and in turmoil with my complaint,
3 because of the enemy’s voice,
because of the pressure[b] of the wicked.
For they bring down disaster on me[c]
and harass me in anger.

4 My heart shudders within me;
terrors of death sweep over me.
5 Fear and trembling grip me;
horror has overwhelmed me.
6 I said, “If only I had[d] wings like a dove!
I would fly away and find rest.
7 How far away I would flee;
I would stay in the wilderness.
Selah
8 I would hurry to my shelter
from the raging wind and the storm.”

[h=1]Psalm 107 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)[/h]Others[g] went to sea in ships,
conducting trade on the vast waters.
24 They saw the Lord’s works,
His wonderful works in the deep.
25 He spoke and raised a tempest
that stirred up the waves of the sea.[h]
26 Rising up to the sky, sinking down to the depths,
their courage[i] melting away in anguish,
27 they reeled and staggered like drunken men,
and all their skill was useless.
28 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble,
and He brought them out of their distress.
29 He stilled the storm to a murmur,
and the waves of the sea[j] were hushed.
30 They rejoiced when the waves[k] grew quiet.
Then He guided them to the harbor they longed for.

True Believers cry out to ABBA(GOD) in your storm and ABBA(GOD) shall rescue you in the midst of the storm of life. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Rejoice, praise, shout , pray, worship, sing, dance because ABBA(GOD) shall calm storms and deliver you.

Nice, but the storms etc. are "charted" waters as the Captain of our souls has already been through them :)

No matter what storms we face we are not alone. Our Captain knows the way we just allow Him to lead us through the storms to safe waters.
