Or, that he doesn't exist at all. I think that those are the three great propeganda tactics.
1. That he is equal or nearly equal to God in power.
2. That he is powerless.
3. That he doesn't exist or doesn't interact at all with man.

Very true. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.
