lots of math symbols, easy to use. also the site has lots of other special symbols, and doesn't take much time to load at all

i don't have a favourite yet for other text effects; i just googled and used the first one i found.

i know in C you use !=
and in LaTex you use $\neq$

i never saw <> outside this forum used for ≠ , but i fugured it out from the context.
