We are to love even our enemies, let alone, our own christian brother and sisters!
The word says, What is in a mans heart comes out of his mouth!
This is how to tell if the love of God is in a person, do thier words bring life or death to your spirit?
The word says to judge the fruit of the spirit, and the bible talks about the fruit of our lips!
I find that those who are quick to judge people like a book, are trying to earn thier own salvation, and expect everyone else to do the same.
They live under the Law, in bondage, comdemnation, fear of death, and fear of going to Hell! (The veil still covers thier eyes, Abraham had two children! One from Mans attempt to bring about Gods will, Those still in bondage to the old covenat?)
Trying to earn thier way to heaven in the flesh!
They do not understand what salvation is, nor do they understand why Jesus came! They are blind!
The other comes from God's promise, and bring us Freedom from this bondage and let us know that the only way to overcome sin is to trust in Him, as he reveals his love and we place our trust not in our own worthiness and works, But in His worthiness and His finnished work on the cross!
When we judge anyone as unworthy of salvation we must realize that we judge ourselves as unworthy!
Be careful not to call unclean what God himself calls clean!
Do not judge least you be judge and with the same measurement that you yourself have judged!
If you judge by the Law, you shall be Judged, by the same Law.
If you shall reap what you sow, and words are seeds, we will reap the fruit of our own lips!
Life and death are in the power of the tongue!
Have you attained a sin free life yet? No
Isn't this why Jesus came, we all fall short of God glorious standards!
Paul said, I try to do right, but no matter how hard I try, I always do what I don't want to, he said the answer to this is Jesus!
We are all saved by Grace, undeserved favor! We are also to show eachother undeserved favor!
I once looked at this woman walking down the street and I judged her as a Ho!
She looked just like one, I thought to myself, there is no way she would know God!
She was wearing a really short red dress, if she would of bent over................
I felt led to ask her if she believed in God!
When I did, It change my life!
When she answered me, she opened her mouth and said, Yes I do!
She said, I love Him with all my heart!
Then she asked me, do you know what my name is?
How was I to know what her name was, I thought to myself!
So I said, No!
And I asked her what her name was!
She said, My name is Alicia!
Little did I know that my life would take a huge turn six months latter!
I myself was placed on the streets, homeless, addicted to drugs, and was selling myself as a ho!
This is the Love of God! He knew before it even happend, and He loved me anyway!
Undeserved favor!
All of our works are but filty rags, and the only one that is good is Jesus!
All have fallen away!
What is Love?
Love is patient, love is kind, love is not jealousy or rude.
Read (1Cor.!3) The Love Chap. This is how God loves us, how we are to love ourselves, and how we are to love others!
It show us the truth of what love is and what it is not.
How can we say we love God and hate our brothers and sisters!
Hate- being impatient, unkind, jealous, rude ect............The word says if you hate your brother, you commit murder!
It's better to say nothing, than to speak what is not life giving!
The word says its not what goes into a man that defiles him, it's what comes out!
Law vs. grace
You can not have both working together!
One cancels out the other!
Which are you under the old or the new?
Grace or Law?
Do you bring freedom with your words or do you bring Law, judgement, death?
Are You a clanging symbol, an irritating noise that no one want to hear?
You could be lacking in the fruit of Love, and need to understand what salvation in Jesus is!
