I think I will stay to form and discuss another touchy subject that I discussed at church the other day. Can someone be kicked out of heaven? My thoughts are yes. When we die and go to heaven we will not lose our free will. And like the angels that followed Lucifer we will have the chance to sin.

Why and how?

If we have free will I fear for those with death bed convert ions not living the life in heaven they are supposed to live. My thoughts are some may choose to sin and live in sin again

Can someone be kicked out of Heaven? Yes, but only if your name is Lucifer or you're one of the third of the angels who fell with him. As for people. No. If you're in Christ, you're secure in Him. He made the contract (Covenant) with us, therefore we can't break it. :)

Personally i do not feel as though i/humans have even a fraction of the understanding necessary to speculate on such a thing?

But we do know perfect beings turn from God, Lucifer did, and Adam and Eve did,,, the price of free will is the chance it can go the wrong way, only God is 100% loyal.

What is the point of this ludicrous question? Are you asking the human race, none of whom have experienced eternal life, to expound upon the nuances of eternity? Death bed confessions and the likelihood of sinning in an incorruptible body? It occurs to me you like to throw a wrench into things, have this doubt motif you carry around like a corpse on your back, first Christians possessed of demons, now being kicked out of heaven. In my opinion, you'd do well to concentrate on getting there, first.

This logic is the same as those who think once saved you're always saved.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2

Oh I am not worried about getting there. I'm saved

No. It is impossible to be kicked out of heaven because we will be raised incorruptible. Sin is corruption. When we are raised incorruptible, we can no longer sin. It's impossible.

1 Corinthians 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Being raised incortuptible does not mean we will stay that way.

If God isn't the one who does the saving, then every time we sin, we're going to be paranoid that we're no longer in Christ's grace. What a non-biblical way to live!

People who make it to heaven will have a free will; but it won't be a human
free will; it will be God's free will.

†. 2Pet 1:4 . . He has given us His very great and precious promises, so that
through them you may participate in the Divine nature and escape the
corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

God does not sin, He cannot sin, nor can He be tempted to sin. Therefore,
people in heaven with Divine nature are just like Him; viz: they don't sin,
nor can sin, nor can be tempted to sin.

It's tragic that the OP's church is unaware of the special surgical procedure
performed upon all destined for heaven.

†. Col 2:11-12 . . In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the
sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by the hands of men but with the
circumcision done by Christ

In other words; when the people destined for heaven pass on, they don't
take their human nature with them. No, they shed it like a dead skin and go
into eternity completely rid of their normal free will.

Jiminy! How any church wearing the Christian label can be so ignorant I just
don't know.

Good luck proving free will biblically.

No. If we are faithful until death we will receive a crown of life. Our fate will be sealed forever. The blood of Christ will continue to cover us, but we will no longer be tempted anyways. Do you remember back in Genesis why Adam and Eve were guarded from the garden of Eden by an angel with a flaming sword? There were two special trees in that garden, not just the tree of knowledge of good and evil. They were guarded from eating from the tree of life- so that they could not live forever in a sinful state. But when we go to heaven, after being made perfect, we will eat of the tree of life and live forever, never to even experience a spiritual death- which is hell. Rest assure that if you go to heaven you will never be kicked out.

Mate, when one is born again, they are a new creation.
2 Cor 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

God has already dealt with the spiritual side of everything. We still struggle with sin because of the corrupted flesh and we also need to continually renew our mind according to the spirit. Relearn the things formerly learnt before you knew God.

Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

conformed, by sharing the same inner essence-identity(form); showing similar behavior from having the same essential nature.
transformed, changing form in keeping with inner reality

mind, noús (a masculine noun) – the God-given capacity of each person to think (reason); themind; mental capacity to exercise reflective thinking. For the believer, 3563 (noús) is the organ of receiving God's thoughts, through faith.

When we die we will rise and given a new body.

Philipians 3: 20
But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body,by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.

So in the end when all is done, we got a perfect sinless spirit (which we have now) and will be given a new perfect sinless body (will be given after it dies). Probably haven't explained this very well.

Hello Microscoped , The Question you posed Can someone be kicked out of heaven has been answered in Revelation 12:12 it is when satan gets booted from heaven literally to perform the role of the antiChrist 2nd Thessalonanians chap2, as you know by scripture to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord 2nd Corinthians 5:8 and that heaven is set up with a gulf or divide in it Luke 16:26 as heaven is described by Christ, people who did not cut the mustard and receive eternal life through baptism in Christ ,wind up on the other side of the Gulf or divide and can see what they missed out on, they must stay there in shame until the great white throne judgement Revelation 20:11,12 , individual souls unless God has a role for them as is the case with satan , normally stay in heaven on the other side of the gulf . Hell does exist but the word translated back to the greek means (Grave) so when someone is told to go to hell,it simply means go to the grave...go figure :)
