I don't know about that prayer wheel, but here is one to encourage spending one hour with Jesus. It covers everything.

Yes= but if you took each section in 5 min. intervals, it totals an hour. A very rich hour!

I teach on this hour with very specific things to do. But I didn't do it here. The listening and watching part is the most difficult for people to do. Even the silent soul surrender - which is just to still your thoughts in His presence.
