Started it wrong
Lets finish it right. The only Biblical baptism is the baptism of believers who are or become believers at the time that they are baptised..

No such thing......immersion is an outward sign and public testimony of something that has taken place inwardly by faith as in salvation.....an infant has no ability to reason about salvation much less make a public profession of faith.....!

Some say 'look to your baptism' for assurance.
I'd say look to Jesus and Him crucified for your sins.

Just as circumcision was a sign in the OT, so baptism is a sign in the NT.

"But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." Matt 19:14. KJV

This is from the Lord: give your children to Christ, he will care for them as only child.

Christ be with you always.

Suffer the little children to come onto Me for of such (FAITH) is the kingdom of God.
plain english spoken by God Himself.
Only a fool would prevent the remission of sins to any person God has placed on the earth.
Do you honestly believe the Gospel of the kingdom of God is only for human understanding and foget the SPIRIT OF GOD and WHAT THE WORD FAITH MEANS?
You better read the passage over again and again and come to the realization that you aren't God and God alone decides who is welcome
in His kingdom.
And stop preaching another gospel. When the apostles including John baptised THEY DIDN'T ASUME ANYTHING they did as they were commanded.

That's my zeal for God.
I was baptized as an infant and as far as me and God are concerned, It stands!
And no man under heaven can change it by their foolish talk.

According to God all are called to repentance, because the Father desires for NONE to perish.

Did jewish male babies have a choice?

I thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who died for all humanity and is calling all both male and female to communion with Him.

Baptize both male and female babies, give your children to Christ, why would you deny them such a blessing?

Christ be with you always.

Tell us about that day. What was going through your mind as you made the decision?

I do hope you repented prior to being water baptized. Were you immersed or sprinkled? One good thing though, as an infant, one wouldn't have too many sins to confess and ask forgiveness of, so there is that. :)

(tongue in cheek)

So, you don't believe in an age of accountability?
