Ya ever notice that the mansions are already there? The place is with Jesus within the existing dwelling places. We will have to ask Him when we get there I suppose. It won't be as hard to live with each other there as it is right now. LOL

"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2-3

What difference does it make? Are you thinking you can change your reservations, or something?

Willie, Are you being serious? If not, funny. If so, good question. What difference does it make?

I do know Mormons believe there are three levels to the place of eternity. Okay, bottom level or floor - that's the pits. Don't know if it's hell or just the pits.

Then you move up a floor. Some Mormons told me that's where I will probably be. I think it's like living in a condo.

Finally, the top floor. That's like the presidential suite. Yep, faithful Mormons will be there.

Well, ya don't want to get too high up there, or you will be looking down at all those "sinners" Revelation says will be camped right outside the walls...... but then, it also says the gates will never be shut, so they might be running around among all those guys on the first floor. Oh what headaches... which room to ask for?

Of course I'm not being serious. The mere idea that we are going to live in something like a hotel is ridiculous. A&E were naked, and living out in the open.

quite right - why worry since broad is the road and most are on it as Christ said - so don't blame me - it seems there are not many likes for what Christ says and not even for what wincam says or haven't you noticed - so any likes for this - wincam

Okay, wincam. I like you, it's just a trifle challenging to agree with you, starting with trying to figure out what on earth you are saying sometimes. Like Martha and Mary pots and pans. Was this to do with Mary Magdalene, or a plug for cookware? See what I mean?

Yes, and we can see how both were lovable. The cranky one in the kitchen was getting a job done, surely our Lord pointing out the excellency of Mary's actions, but not disdainful that Martha was Martha. Though nobody knows that Mary was Mary Magdalene, some reasons to doubt this, no indication Mary Magdalene, likely of the town of Magdala, moved to Bethany, or was a sister of Martha. Just a factoid there of what nobody really knows, which Mary is Mary, or James is James, can be a problem.

exactly and of course some will even come to the blasphemous conclusion as to why He loved Lazarus whereas the really reasonable, sensible awesome honourable natural loving reason ignored and rejected as of even now with not a single like or tell me more and I will listen and consider very lovingly and seriously - wincam

John? Please, let's stick with Lazarus, first, see how that goes. So, what is it about Lazarus?

John was also beloved of Jesus and mother Mary for the very same reason - it is all there in the Bible and is so unbelievable that it can only simply simply be accepted and believed - wincam

Though I've never heard an atheist complain it's unbelievable that Christ loved a good friend. Does one have to be virgin born to do this?

you're mistaken. "In My Father's house are many homes" doesn't refer to inanimate structures or rooms, much less farcical gold
castles. "In My Father's house are many homes" refers to the Body of Christ. "The church is the house of the living God,
the pillar and base of the truth" 1 Tim 3:15. The Body of Christ has many members, 1 Cor 12:14. Which are the many abodes,
the many dwellings, the many homes, Jn 15:4; 1 Cor 6:17; 2 Cor 13:5. Christ in you is the hope of glory. Not an outward, mineral, inanimate structure.

He doesn't care whether we take him seriously as long as he gets to waste our time.
