Interesting question I have asked myself sometimes. If God controls everything then does a thing as luck exist?

No there is no such thing, luck is something of those who don't know God. We know that everything is in God's plan right down to the smallest detail. Lotto's, horoscopes and such like all become null and void when we become children of God.
