Its interesting its the very Popes of the Catholic Church that has covered up what these Priests were doing to children. How can a Pope be a representative of God if he see's nothing wrong with covering up these crimes against children?

Does this not prove the Catholic Church is a false church?
If you really want to go down this road then please provide which popes and evidence to support your claim. I am not aware of any popes condoning this behavior

Why isn't anyone asking "DO you know why you are a CHRISTIAN? This would open up an opportunity for a lot of personal testimonies. Who cares what denominational background you come from? Will it make someone change if you offer your opinion of it online? NO, so why ask?

While you're at it, please point out the doctrine from the catachism of Catholic Church that condones this behavior thus earning it the label "false church" as you so eloquently put it

Thanks for the kind words. :)

Hebrews 10:25 (NIV)
[SUP]25 [/SUP] Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing,
but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NASB)
[SUP]11 [/SUP] Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.

And thank you. :)

NO, but this proves they are a Church that Christ Himself Recognizes:

QUOTE:

THE CATHOLIC CATECHISM:

. . .

105 God is the author of Sacred Scripture. "The divinely revealed realities, which are contained and presented in the text of Sacred Scripture, have been written down under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit."

. . .

107 The inspired books teach the truth. "Since therefore all that the inspired authors or sacred writers affirm should be regarded as affirmed by the Holy Spirit, we must acknowledge that the books of Scripture firmly, faithfully, and without error teach that truth which God, for the sake of our salvation, wished to see confided to the Sacred Scriptures."

. . .

II. "I Know Whom I Have Believed"[SUP]16[/SUP]

To believe in God alone

150 Faith is first of all a personal adherence of man to God. At the same time, and inseparably, it is a free assent to the whole truth that God has revealed. As personal adherence to God and assent to his truth, Christian faith differs from our faith in any human person. It is right and just to entrust oneself wholly to God and to believe absolutely what he says. It would be futile and false to place such faith in a creature.[SUP]17[/SUP]
To believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God

151 For a Christian, believing in God cannot be separated from believing in the One he sent, his "beloved Son", in whom the Father is "well pleased"; God tells us to listen to him.[SUP]18[/SUP] The Lord himself said to his disciples: "Believe in God, believe also in me."[SUP]19[/SUP] We can believe in Jesus Christ because he is himself God, the Word made flesh: "No one has ever seen God; the only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made him known."[SUP]20[/SUP] Because he "has seen the Father", Jesus Christ is the only one who knows him and can reveal him.[SUP]21[/SUP]
To believe in the Holy Spirit

152 One cannot believe in Jesus Christ without sharing in his Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who reveals to men who Jesus is. For "no one can say "Jesus is Lord", except by the Holy Spirit",[SUP]22[/SUP] who "searches everything, even the depths of God. . No one comprehends the thoughts of God, except the Spirit of God."[SUP]23[/SUP] Only God knows God completely: we believe in the Holy Spirit because he is God.

The Church never ceases to proclaim her faith in one only God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

16 - 2 Tim 1:12,
17 - Jer 17:5-6; Ps 40:5; 146:3-4,
18 - Mk 1:11; 9:7,
19 - Jn 14:1,
20 - Jn 1:18,
21 - Jn 6:46; Mt 11:27,
22 - I Cor 12:3,
23 - I Cor 2:10-11.

. . .

156 What moves us to believe is not the fact that revealed truths appear as true and intelligible in the light of our natural reason: we believe "because of the authority of God himself who reveals them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived". So "that the submission of our faith might nevertheless be in accordance with reason, God willed that external proofs of his Revelation should be joined to the internal helps of the Holy Spirit." Thus the miracles of Christ and the saints, prophecies, the Church's growth and holiness, and her fruitfulness and stability "are the most certain signs of divine Revelation, adapted to the intelligence of all"; they are "motives of credibility" (motiva credibilitatis), which show that the assent of faith is "by no means a blind impulse of the mind".

. . .

162 Faith is an entirely free gift that God makes to man.

. . .

178 We must believe in no one but God: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
179 Faith is a supernatural gift from God. In order to believe, man needs the interior helps of the Holy Spirit.

. . .

781 Conscience enables one to assume responsibility for the acts performed. If man commits evil, the just judgment of conscience can remain within him as the witness to the universal truth of the good, at the same time as the evil of his particular choice. the verdict of the judgment of conscience remains a pledge of hope and mercy. In attesting to the fault committed, it calls to mind the forgiveness that must be asked, the good that must still be practiced, and the virtue that must be constantly cultivated with the grace of God:

. . .

1847 "God created us without us: but he did not will to save us without us." To receive his mercy, we must admit our faults. "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

END QUOTE

Now may I suggest that YOU repent of the false statements and untruths that you have been spreading about our Christian Brothers the Catholics.

I am a Christian because HE SAVED ME FROM MYSELF, after a third attempt at suicide in one week. I completely surrendered control of my life to Jesus Christ that night in the last week of 1977, receiving HIM as LORD, meaning MASTER. He has been doing a WAY BETTER JOB OF RUNNING MY LIFE, than I ever did.

Transubstantiation.

This doctrine teaches that in the miracle of the mass the bread and wine are supernaturally transformed into the body and blood of Christ. This transformation, however, is unique. It is not complete because the changed bread and wine still look like bread and wine. To the senses no change is apparent. Yet the Catholic Church asserts that the bread and wine have become the veritable body and blood of Christ.

The body and blood of Jesus belong properly to his human nature, not his divine nature.

For Christ's physical body and blood to be present at more than one place at the same time, his physical body would need to be Omnipresent! The Lord's Supper is celebrated at the same time in many parts of the World.

Now the question is:
How can the physical body and blood of Jesus be in Paris, London, Canada, and the USA simultaneously?

All i see is hate from you for the Word of God. All i see from you is hate for the Truth in the Scriptures.

Yes i know you tried to answer it with gobblie gook. All made up stories to deceive the very elect chosen Children of God.

You cannot have your cake and eat it too mwc68. Either God is all powerful and did have the Power to keep Jesus without sin while in the womb of Mary who was a sinner, or God is so powerless that He needed the help of a mortal sinner like Mary.

Make up your mind mwc68. Who are you going to follow? Only God and God only? Or God and Mary?

The problem I have with this position is that it would be the only non-tangible miracle that Jesus ever performed. The reason Jesus performed miracles was so people would see them and come to believe in Him. What good is a miracle that requires faith?

The problem with this also is its a double miracle.

Turning bread and wine into body and blood is miracle number 1.

Giving the human body of Jesus Omnipresent is miracle number 2!

Its interesting the Catholics teach God has the power to turn bread and wine into body and blood, but yet God was POWERLESS in keeping Jesus free from sin, the He needed the help of a created being, a sinner, who was Mary!

Because pwrnJC if we do what you say all the Catholics would gang up on us telling us we are not Christians.

No matter what we say or what we do the Catholics will never accept the True Children of God.

They believe and teach only those in the Catholic Church are Christians. Everybody outside of the Catholic Church are Heathen in their eyes.

Take a good look at what mwc68 says pwrnJC. He is a typical Catholic who believes only he is entering into Heaven.

I have never seen this. I am not a catholic and mwc68 considers me a brother in Christ. My father and mother in-law are catholics and they consider me a brother and my wife a sister, who left the catholic church.

For a long period of time the Catholic Church taught only those in the Catholic Church could enter into Heaven. They have changed this to include all the pagan religions to enter into the Catholic Church.

Also if you had to be in the Catholic Church to enter into Heaven, why then would they change it if this is what God taught?

Do you see how the Catholic Church is a false Church?

Be very careful of what the Catholics teach you for they see nothing wrong with lying. They will lie to keep you in bondage to the Catholic Church.

This is one of the reasons why i left the Catholic Church and refused to put my Soul in danger of hellfire by staying in the Catholic Church.

God led me to His True Church the Christian Church.

The Catholic Church has walked away from most of the Truths from God. Only those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is a Christian. The Catholic Church now says even Muslims who reject Jesus as God can enter into the Catholic Church as brothers in Christ. What a sham this is, inviting Satan into the Catholic Church!
