1Peter 4:17 .....judgement must begin at the house of God.
I believe the homosexual marriage decision is Gods way of bringing judgement upon Christendom.

Many churches will refuse to perform these ungodly marriages and will lose their ungodly 501c3 tax evasion status. May even be forced to close the doors. One can only hope!

People will be forced to get serious about God's plan for the body of Christ. A renewed interest on what God has said about our gathering together. A fresh discernment of the body of Christ. Members will cast off their casts, their wheel chairs, crutches, and walkers, and put them into a big pile and set a flame to it. Break out the hot dogs and marsh mellows.
I'm talking the spiritual constraints that have placed the folks in bondage. Pew warming days finally coming to an end I pray.
Writhing in agony under another dull sermon coming to a close.

Christ given the control over his sheep I pray. The pastor forced to obey Acts 20 and go get a real job. Every member participating using their spiritual functions in a home setting....or park setting...wherever. Christians no longer 'going to church' but being the 'church' (ekklesia).
Just like in the book of Acts. Call me crazy but I believe this. God puts in power who He wills. We have an ungodly, anti Christ, Muslim as president( he's said this latter more than once).
God used heathen kings and destruction to wake Israel out of its many sins. He'll use what it takes to get His 'church' in order. Without spot or blemish. We are in dire need of a spiritual dermatologist.

I am 100 percent for the body of Christ, the Ekklesia. I want them empowered and blessed to the max. Thats why I teach the clear word of God concerning traditions of men, doctrines of demons, doctrines of men, false prophets, false teachers, hirelings, wolves and snakes that have 'risen up in the midst of the ekklesia taking followings after themselves.'

Men twisting the word of God for fun and profit. Feeding on the fat and clothing themselves with the wool.
Men, by deceit, making merchandise of the sheep. Instead of feeding the sheep, eating the sheep.
Defrauding the poor and devouring widows houses( social security checks).

Men snuffing out the God given spiritual functions of the members, and making themselves the exalted arbiters of Gods word, a twisted version that is.

Instead of wearing the servants apron, like Christ, they wear the religious attire of the 'Holy cleric'. This can be T shirt and jeans but with that sense of heaven's aura of specialness upon and about them. That distinctive atmosphere of quality, awesomeness. A great man of God! Puke city!

Men loving the higher seat on elevated podiums, all eyes on them. Refusing Pauls injunction to work a secular job but rather basking in opulence off the false tithe.

Loving the attention and adoration in the temple and in the market place.

Set apart for adherence by the devotees.

All this has made the body of Christ impotent and lifeless. That's why I teach the word of God, checking the Greek and Hebrew for clearer understanding. Again, I am for the believers to be set free from religious bondage and come into their heritage. Some love me for this, others hate and mock me. May God reward both!

The godless forces now have a tool in their hands to shut churches down. To pull their tax evasion status. Please read my upper posts.
God is in this. He'll do what's necessary to straighten out His ekklesia and put in workable order for it is stubbornly out of order at the moment.
Draw up my past threads to learn how and why it is dysfunctional. The so called full gospel church is in a full body cast.
Some see, most don't and won't. So God is going to turn up the temperature of persecution. The only way some will quit mocking His word and to grips with it, is by pressure.

The scoffers need to repent and drop man's program and get with God's program. I'm not talking to sex perverts, Hellywood, or Washington, I'm talking to Christians!
Its very possible that His return may be in the fall. At this moment, many saints had better hope He doesn't unless there be some quick and major reformation take place with so called 'church' and personal lives.

It begs the question, who are the worse offenders when it comes to scoffing....liberal loons or haughty Christians! In my book, and in His, there is no contest!

There are times when Gods people cannot conform to the laws of the state.

This looks like it will be one of those times.

But they won't be able to shut churches down. First amendment hasn't been brought before the supreme court yet, in this issue.

They can't make laws regarding the beliefs of a religion. They can't force a religion to go against its own beliefs by passing laws.

Can't think of the verse right now but God warns about being glad and the calamity of others including the wicked.

For the cause of Christ

I agree that they can't force churches to perform these "marriages" but it won't surprise me when they try
