People, have you ever stopped to think how many who claim to believe have a tendenc to separate the Old Testament from the New.

No, I am not talking about the covenants, I am talking about the Books.

The Old Testament is comprised of what are called the Teachings, the Prophets, and teh Writings. They provide teh background of what occurs in the New Testament, that is the four accounts of the gospels, and the letters.

Why would anyone separate the Books when the first assemblies were taught from the Teaching, the Prophets and the Writings all about Jesus Christ and teh faith of Abraham.. Please do not err in theunderstanding of the term "faith of Abraham," for faith is a gift from the Father, but the reference is always made to Abraham for he is our spiritual forefather and someone to learn from He was preached the gospel and foretold of Jesus christ onece as the Gate of his descendants to come enemies, and once as the Sacrifice for anoffering .

yes, the first believers learned from what is called the Old Testament, and what it contains is confirmed and augmented by the Book called teh New Testament.

No one should discount either of the compilations, yet many seem to do so......God bless all in Jesus chrsist, amen.
