Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that a new thread about
homosexuals and the new laws coming in, seems to pop up
every other day.

Maybe that's the general idea, to put so many threads out there that
we all become desensitised to this topic. Is there such a thingy as
stealth flooding of the forums - I suppose I have just added another
one - oops :)

All I know is that my brain is going numb already.

Does anyone know of a cure for a numb brain?

I honestly just think some people like to complain a lot. Like why people think other christians really need to hear every single personal opinion on gay marriage is beyond me.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about the saturation of gay propaganda that is being fed to the public. I don't have cable t.v. where I live, just a couple of channels I get by antenna reception, with one of those channels being PBS here in the US. This last month they have had gay pride month on PBS, which shows the saturation of sinful propaganda the US government is trying to cram down the throats of it's citizens.

I think it's good Christians speak up against the lies of the Devils propaganda machine which promotes "pride in sin" and all manner of lawlessness. It may not be that long before it is illegal to even have an opposing view on these matters via the internet. So if the sons of that wicked have a voice in the matter, so also let the children of God also have a voice in the matter. After all the weapons of warfare are not carnal. :)

There is nothing wrong with discussing issues such as this at all. I have
contributed a bit to them myself.

Its just that there are so many of these threads all very much
active in one form or another, in other forums also. The above picture
is just a search using one key word in one forum, but there are many more.

Yet another one has been started today. It's getting hard wading
through them all trying to find other active subjects to converse on.

Back in 1972, our Supreme Court created another law. (Just because -- how would you know -- the Supreme Court isn't supposed to make laws. They're job is to decide whether a law or court case is Constitutional. This would be like your legislators getting bypassed for a new law in your country on the "wait just a minute. Something is wrong here" scale.) They decided that abortion should be a national law, not a state-by-state decision.

Have you ever noticed how often the words "Roe v. Wade" is used on here? Yeah, that's the case that determined abortion-on-demand as law in the US. Have you ever noticed how often Americans, particularly Christians, talk about "voting prolife" and how often we complain that it does no good? Yeah, that's us still being angry about Roe V. Wade decades later.

We were angrier about it back in the 70's. Now we're spectators just angry because we can be and it doesn't affect our lives. This new law just started last week. We don't get over stuff easily. (Oh come on now. Like you don't remember we forcibly left England over getting taxed for tea? Why do you think we're bigger on coffee than tea even today? You're country is also the reason we drive on the right hand side of the road. We really do hold on to old grudges a long time. lol) We'll be complaining about it for years, until it too becomes just a spectator sport. Truthfully, it already has. But complain we do.

Sadly, it doesn't mean anything.

I thought you drove on the wrong side because you get the left
mixed up with the right (I do that also :)).

It was a bit before my time - the tea thingy (thingy has become my
favourite word this week).

People just don't like looking to see if a topic has already been discussed. It's much easier to start a thread and discuss that way instead of searching for said topic.

Yes I've noticed, the same thing happens with the "let me tell you what
women should wear" people. :p

Well we all know that's because women are supposed to be submissive to their husbands, and do what the men have to say.

See what you did Miri...you drew in the devil worshippers

You know you guys are going to have to pick a side one day? Do you think the Lord is going to allow you folks to straddle the fence as the end draws nearer?

Wow - a bit strong calling everyone a devil worshipper don't you think?

But hey I'm a fair minded person why would you say that, or have I
mis understood you, was it suppose to be a bit of humour?

Well, that is exactly the way the idea of a surprise "Rapture" was placed in Western minds, and perpetuated till this day... to the point that many people honestly do think it's somewhere in the Bible.

What I find amusing is a thread about threads discussing what this thread is discussing

Blond is over the whole thing.....My daughter and I met for lunch last week and as we drove down Central Ave in St. Pete on both sides of the road little gay pride flags hanging....I looked at them and said I am over the whole thing enough already....

She is not a religious person and she said thank you....someone else who feels like I do. Don't get me wrong... one of my best friends is a gay man love the sinner hate the sin.... I try and be loving an kind to all who cross my path unless I am in a car and I can get Blond road rage....the other driver doesn't know it but I talk to cars and drivers not too nice inside my car...let's just say Blond and God we are working on it..... I digress.....

Just like they want rights I don't want it thrown in my face.... do I really have to see rainbow flags everywhere downtown? Does everyone's face have to be rainbow colored on Facebook? We can't have the 10 Commandments displayed anywhere but rainbow flags can be everywhere.....I am just over it....enough already.....

Rant over.....my friend Dan has never been pushy he has just been human like the rest of us and I consider him as a big brother he has been accepted as part of our family for 20 years.....I care about them because they are people not because they are gay.

Well some of us will not get over it, some of us care more about our society than what is easy for us....
Some of us will be seated in places of honor with Christ ...and some will be "lucky" to even escape judgment with the ungodly

IMO Roe v Wade and the latest decision on 'GAY' marriage, are just steps to prepare the world for a one World government; and the ascendency of the Antichrist. These are among many hallmarks of Jesus' immanent return.

Not sure what this response is about but I am over sin in general what ever name you want to call it.....I just want Jesus to come and get sin over with o.k.?
