Including you, based on your first post. Kind of the problem. Very few even know the facts, so disagreement is inevitable. Then, once the facts are in, most don't like them, so disagreement turns into argument.

No one has the whole answer. But we all hold a piece to the jigsaw puzzle. Guy A holds up his piece and says the picture is a fish, guy B holds up his piece and says no the picture is a cross, girl C holds up her piece and says no you're both wrong it's a sword... I'm just trying to get everyone to hold their pieces up together and see what picture they really form, when they come together. As Paul would have it, I believe.

Allow me to propose an answer:

Once God has created the new heavens and earth, the gift of eternal life will be given to all who believe. Since all will be alive when He does this, all will have the choice, at that time, to believe and live. Some (wicked) will still choose death.

However, God will not create the new heavens and earth until we diligently work to overtake this world for the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Thus, you have two options:

1) wait, 'wander in the wilderness', die, and be resurrected in the end to live eternally because Jesus paid for you. You get it for free, no work required =)

2) Work diligently, as Peter and Paul did, to overthrow the god of this world, Satan, and enter the Kingdom of Jesus Christ - reign with him, eventually he will deal with Satan permanently, and thereafter see #1.

I am happy to quote verses if anyone has an issue with any of the above.

I will just leave it at this, you can take it as it is or choose not to accept God's word;


1) Lord Jesus said those who hear only but do not do = Are those who have no foundation in Him (Luke 6:46-49)

2) Apostle James said those who are hearers only but not doers = Are deceived in false teaching (James 1:22-24)

3) Apostle Peter said those who are not doers by not adding the fruits of the Spirit to their faith = Are those who are nearsighted and blind to the truth (2 Peter 1:5-9)


Apostle Paul can not and does not contradict these instructions, as he himself says those who walk by the Spirit are not condemned but those who walk by the flesh (carnally minded) are still slaves to sin and held under the law.

First, let's talk about two groups of people - righteous/meek and wicked.

[Psalm 37:10 NKJV] For yet a little while and the wicked [shall be] no [more]; Indeed, you will look carefully for his place, But it [shall be] no [more].
[Psalm 37:11 NKJV] But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.[Psalm 37:18 NKJV] The LORD knows the days of the upright, And their inheritance shall be forever.


So, established facts: two groups of people - the end of one group is that they shall be no more. The end of the second group is to inherit the earth, his days shall be forever. All men will fall into one of these categories - no in between purgatory action here =P

All we need to do, then, is determine how God judges who is wicked. Isaiah tells us:

[Isaiah 26:10 NKJV] Let grace be shown to the wicked, [Yet] he will not learn righteousness; In the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly, And will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

A wicked person, after grace is shown to him (we know what salvation by grace means do we not), will still not learn righteousness. And, here is the clincher, in the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

So, God decides who is wicked, but not based upon if they deal unjustly in an unjust world, rather, if they will deal unjustly in the land of uprightness. And there you have it, easy scriptural answer, and exactly what a loving father would do.

There is one verse that pretty much takes care of all your questions. The character and nature of our God is going to leave NO ONE "hanging." He is going to offer all men that have the capacity to believe, the perfect opportunity. And everyone who does not have the capacity to believe..........they are safe.


This whole thing of condemning us at birth........is a BLESSING!

Unbelievers are going to the LoF because they WANT to.

ALL people who never have the capacity to believe or children who do not have the capacity to believe are safe.

1) Yes..........The bible speaks of the age of accountability which is different depending on the child

a) Yes.............Those who died before Christ was crucified were ministered to by Christ (1 Peter 3:19-20)
b) No..............After the crucifixion those who never hear are numbered with the unbelief

3) No..............The bible from Jesus to Jude warns about falling to false teaching and not continuing in the faith.

We are saved by grace (unmerited favor), through faith.

Faith is the substance (works) of what we believe.

King Saul was anointed by God and Judas was chosen by Christ. Although salvation comes by the unearned favor of God, anyone at anytime can lose faith, give up, turn against God, and not finish the race.

God does not and will never forsake a believer, but there's no guarantee or assurance that we will do likewise. We can have confidence that he will always be with us, but we are required by faith to always allow and keep him in our hearts. If we refuse to do that, the osas doctrine goes out the window... jmo

Of course, If salvation was a

1. Prize
2. Reward
3. Wage
4. Something that could be earned.

this passage would certainly be applicable.

However we are told salvation is a

We still can not EARN A GIFT. Although many have tried, but offended the giver so much they never received the gift they tried to earn, nor were they offered a gift again.
