Yet...wow...this is just one of many that you offer NO hope here. All of your comments are on the negative side and I have, in the past, responded to many. It seems like you think of yourself as a modern day prophet, more like Jeremiah, who kept warning others constantly about their sins. Jeremiah was anointed and spoken to by GOD Himself...the question is: WHO died and made you a prophet?
How does it seem there is no hope to you in what he says?
If he were preaching to stop sinning in our own strength, that would be hopelessness.

But that isn't what he's said. He is preaching this: If we abide(trust and rely) in Him, we will not sin.

That's an astounding promise! It's almost too good to be true!

When pastors lie about tithing, does that make them liars? If they take the tithe, does that make them thieves. Enquiring mind wants to know. Are they still going to heaven?
Receiving tithes given in obedience to God is not a sin...nor is it thievery. Anyone who has received Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord is a citizen of heaven.

Philippians 3:20
[SUP] [/SUP]But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.

I'm not talking about those who that repent. Those that don't. They have Christ but twist scripture in order to fleece sheep.
One can only "have Christ" if they have received His great free gift of salvation. Repentance doesn't save anyone. Repentance is usually done after one comes to faith in Jesus, the Way, the Truth and the Life, seeing as repentance means changing one's mind, or doing an about face. One can only do an about face in one's direction in life with the power of Jesus Christ in it.

I really don't think you understand salvation, and you have allowed your hurts and dire prejudice and animosity for the Body of Christ to fan the flames of hatred within your heart.

Come to Jesus Christ, repent of bitterness and receive His forgiveness and let God be God. He does a much better job of it.

Well, your kinda correct!

Repentance doesn't save anyone. Repentance is usually done after one comes to faith in Jesus, the Way, the Truth and the Life,
Repentance does not save anyone! BUT repentance IS changing ones mind and it is the Father who brings us to that! We cannot be broken and contrite unless we have been brought to a changed mind.

Berean Study Bible
From that time on Jesus began to preach, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near."

Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary

4:12-17 It is just with God to take the gospel and the means of grace, from those that slight them and thrust them away. Christ will not stay long where he is not welcome. Those who are without Christ, are in the dark. They were sitting in this condition, a contented posture; they chose it rather than light; they were willingly ignorant. When the gospel comes, light comes; when it comes to any place, when it comes to any soul, it makes day there. Light discovers and directs; so does the gospel. The doctrine of repentance is right gospel doctrine. Not only the austere John Baptist, but the gracious Jesus, preached repentance. There is still the same reason to do so. The kingdom of heaven was not reckoned to be fully come, till the pouring out of the Holy Spirit after Christ's ascension.

Will liars and thieves still make heaven?

Simple question!
For every human, when he/she dies, God will either see:

1)The righteousness of Christ covering them("he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness" Isa 61:10)

or

2)Their own righteousness/sins covering them("depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Matt 7:23)

Those in group one are heaven bound, those in group 2 are headed to the lake of fire.

No, no one will make it to heaven. God did not promise any of us to go to heaven. If he did, please provide me the scripture where he said it.

First, here is the scriptural proof which demonstrates that at the time of death, the believers spirit/soul departs from the body and goes immediately to be in the presence of the Lord.

"Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
lol, you say Scriptural PROOF, yet the Scripture you give, does not PROVE that at all. For some reason, and i have told you this Truth before, but you reject it, you altogether ignore, or void, the word "Rather"

2Co 5:6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2Co 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

2Co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Please notice the words of the Inspired by God Scripture. i also am willing rather to be absent from this miserable pathetic body that i am in now, and to be present with the Lord. That does not mean what you teach, and even say this verse is PROOF, that when you die, you immediately go to Heaven or to Hell. You do error, not understanding the simple concept of the words "willing rather" i make $25 dollars an hour, i am willing rather to make $100 dollars an hour. Does that mean I WILL make $100 an hour, or is that something that i would rather make an hour? i am present in this pathetic body, but i am will rather to be present with Jesus Christ. Why is this concept so hard for you to grasp?

You use this verse as your PROOF that when a person dies they immediately are judged, to go to Heaven or to Hell, because Paul says he would rather be absent from the Body and present with the Lord. i am sure every person in Hell will also say the exact same thing, that they would RATHER be absent from Hell and present with the Lord in Heaven. Does that make it so? You say and teach that it does make it so. You teach because Paul said he would RATHER be absent from the body to be present with the Lord, Makes it a FACT that is what happens when you die. You do error, not knowing or understanding this topic. What you believe is contrary to Scriptures, and you use verses in SCRIPTURES as Proof to back up what you believe, and those verses don't PROVE that at all, it is in your mind only. i have twenty dollars on me, i would prefer to have $100.00

Even the version of the Bible that you quoted above, uses the word "prefer":

"Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

Scriptures plainly teach that the Apostle Paul WOULD PREFER to be away from the body and to be with the Lord Jesus.
YOU teach He IS with Him. You do error, not understanding the Truth of Scriptures which teach they sleep, nor understand what it means when it say the dead shall rise first, they rise first because they have not gone anywhere yet, they are sleeping. But what do you say and teach, YOU teach that they rise when they die, go to Heaven/Hell then come back and get their filthy corrupt bodies again, so they can rise from the dead first. So then when they die, they are judged to either go to Heaven or to Hell. Then if their name is written in the Book of Life, they rise to be with Jesus in Heaven, then they come back down with Jesus, get back into their bodies, then at that time Jesus opens the Books and Judgement Day has arrived, and if there names are written in the Book of Life, they will rise from the Dead first. What then, they are judged TWICE? You do error in this thinking, nor will you listen to the TRUTH when it is presented to you, which Truth i testify comes from God. You do not deny what i say, you deny what God told me. But you will continue to hold on to a doctrine that is not backed up by Scriptures, then you get on others for doing the same exact same thing. How is that not Hypocrisy?

"If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. "

The scriptures above state that at the time the believer dies, their spirit/soul goes to be in the presence of the Lord,
No it does NOT say that, that is what YOU say and teach, that is NOT what Scriptures teach. Scriptures plainly teach that the Apostle Paul would rather be absent from the Body and present with the Lord. That is what Scriptures PLAINLY teaches. YOU teach that he IS present with the Lord, which Scriptures does NOT teach.

which would be in heaven and that because Scripture states that he ascended to the right hand of God and makes intercession for all believers. And therefore, when we go to be in his presence, then that would have be in heaven. Now, the following is the promise of our going to heaven after the dead in Christ are resurrected and those who are still alive are changed into our glorified bodies:
Do you even hear what you are saying. You say and teach they are resurrected at the time of death, you say when a person dies, they immediately go to be with Jesus, then teach that they go to Heaven after the dead in Christ are resurrected. What then, you think the corrupt flesh is what is resurrected? Flesh and Blood will NOT nor ever will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. What is resurrected is the Dead in Christ, those spirits that are asleep, they rise first. When Jesus gets here that is when the Books are opened, that is when Judgement Day will determine who will go to Heaven and who will not go to Heaven, This happens on ONE DAY, when Jesus Returns, NOT when a person dies, like YOU teach. Scriptures does not teach when a person dies they immediately go to Heaven, that is YOUR doctrine, and it is not from God.

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God ; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

Wait, Are they not already with Him, as you teach? Do YOU not teach that when a person dies they immediately go to be with Jesus where He is at? Yes that is what you teach. But what does Jesus teach, that He will come back for them, when He RETURNS. But you teach they are already with Him when they die? What then, they are not Truly with Him unless they are back in their frail, miserable human flesh bodies? What then, it is only when they are united with their flesh bodies that they are then With HIM? But they are NOT with Him, when they die and be present with Him? Are you seriously confused? You teach that they are with Jesus when they die. This Inspired by God verse Plainly teaches they are not with Him, until He Returns. Are you now going to twist the Scriptures to somehow say it means their flesh. Know you not human flesh is evil, corrupt, wicked, and will never enter into Heaven, the flesh is a tool that satan uses for his gains, to tempt us, but you teach we come back to get our flesh back.

You do not understand what the Glorified body is. Let us assume for a minute that when a person dies they do immediately go to Heaven as you say they do, tell me, what body are they in? Do you think they are ghosts, spirits floating around with no body at all? Is that what you think. waiting to be reunited with their flesh that is turning to dust and being ate by worms on the Earth? You do not understand, that as soon as a spirit rises, they will then receive their Glorified Bodies. So even if they did rise at the time of death, they would at that time receive their Glorified Bodies to live in Heaven with Jesus. But i understand what you teach though in order to make your doctrine FIT. They rise as spirits, then come back to get their bodies when Jesus Returns, and then it is at that time they get their Bodies BACK, and since it will then be immortal, that is their Glorified Body. You do error not understanding the Truth.

Jesus plainly teaches that it is when He Returns that we will be with Him. You teach we are with Him at the time of death. And i also noticed every time you say when a person dies they immediately go to Heaven, but altogether FAIL to mention the unsaved will go to Hell at that time? Why is that? Because Scriptures teach it is at the end of the 1,000 years is when people are thrown in to Hell. Therefore they can't possibly be thrown into Hell at the time of death, that is why you never mention that at the time of Death a person can go to Hell, but you sure will teach that at the time of death they will go to Heaven to be with Jesus.

People believe Jesus which plainly teaches He is going to prepare a place for us, and when He Returns is when we will be with HIM, NOT before that time, as some will falsely teach, based on their own doctrine and NOT what Scriptures teach.

So, according to the scripture above, Jesus told his disciples and all believers, that he was going back to the Father's house to prepare a place for all believers. I'm sure that you would agree that the "Father's house" would be without a doubt, in heaven.
It is in Heaven, UNTIL Jesus Returns to the Earth with the Fathers House with Him.

Therefore, since Jesus said he was going to prepare a place for us there, then when he comes, he will gather us and take us back to the Father's house so that we may be where Jesus is. This event of him coming to gather us can be found in 1 Cor.15:51-53 and 1 Thes.4:13-18.
The problem is you do not understand Scriptures. The Fathers House will no longer be in Heaven, but on Earth. If you would have understood this Scripture: You would have known that.

Rev_21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Where? WITH MEN, not Saints, but men on the Earth. The Father and Jesus will be inside the New City Jerusalem. This is the PLACE which Jesus is creating in Heaven right now, for us Saints to live in with Him, when He returns to the Earth to reign over all the nations of the Earth, this is when He will set up His Kingdom on the Earth, this is when the the dead sleeping in Christ will rise first then the living, This is when the Saints will reign with Him for a thousand Years ON EARTH.

Rev_5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Rev_11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Rev_20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Rev_22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

Believe Scriptures not what men of this generation teach. We do not rise at the time of death, only to rise again when Judgement Day happens when Jesus Gets here with the Holy City, when the Tabernacle of God will be with men on Earth.

Believe what Scriptures Teach, NOT what men teach.

There are NO Scriptures that teach we will be taken to Heaven. When Christ comes back to get the Church, the Father, Jesus Christ, and all the Saints will be living in the New City Jerusalem, which comes down out of Heaven to the Earth, and rests over where Jerusalem is now. Again, there is not one verse that teaches we go to Heaven. We will be with Jesus forever abiding with Him, in the place that He is preparing for us. And not only for us, but Jesus is preparing that place for His Father to be there too. Jesus will hand all the Kingdoms of the world to His Father, On Earth, out of the Holy City. Four Rivers will come out of the Holy City to the North, to the South, to the East, and to the West. These rivers will water the entire Earth, These rivers will compass the entire Earth, any land adjacent to the rivers will be like that of the Garden of Eden, with the Tree of Life growing on both sides of the river.

It is a false doctrine that teaches we go to Heaven to be with Jesus, We will be with Jesus, reigning over the inhabitants (the 144,000 and their offspring) of the entire Earth. The Earth will abide forever.

Thank you, DiscipleDave, that is the point I been trying to make for the longest when everyone else seen to think they are going to heaven. Which is a doctrine from the Devil.

Jayoish
i do not believe that doctrine started out being from the devil. i believe it was a doctrine clergymen started to help grieving of Loved Ones. True a false doctrine none the less. But it was satan who took advantage of this, and used it to suit his own purposes to cause people to not believe the Word of God which teaches they sleep. Who would not rather believe their loved ones are in Heaven enjoying their life, who would not want to believe that when they pray, they are hoping their loved ones are hearing them. But the Truth is, and always will be, the teaching that a person immediately goes to Heaven or to Hell at the time of death can not be found in Scriptures at all. Now granted the Apostle Paul said that he would RATHER be absent from his body and be present with the Lord. This is commonly used by those who believe you WILL go to Heaven immediately upon death, as their Scriptural PROOF that what they believe is Scriptural. Yet that Scripture Proves no such thing, what it does PROVE, is that the Apostle Paul desired to be dead and present with the Lord. i also desire to die and be present with the Lord, But i know the Truth and the Scriptures. When i die, i will sleep, until Christ Returns and Judgement Day is Here, it is ONLY on Judgement Day that the Book of Life is opened to see who is written therein and who is not written therein, NOT before Christ Returns. Buts since we all know that sleep knows no time, if i die today, and a thousand years passes when i have been asleep, to me it would only have been a moment ago that i died. To me it would seem immediately after i died, because sleep knows no time. So i too am ready to die and be with Jesus. whether that takes one minute or a thousand years, it will seem immediate to me who goes to sleep at the time of death. But many will teach this false doctrine, and not have one verse to back it up, and still call it Truth.

No, I didn't miss the scripture that you provided. The problem is that you are not understanding that the resurrection and catching away of the church and Christ's return to the earth are two different events which are at least seven years apart. Below is a summary of the order of these two events:

* Jesus descends and gathers the dead and living believers (Resurrection and catching away) and takes them back to the Father's house, where during that time the wedding of the bridegroom and the Bride will take place and is where the Bride, which is the church, will receive her wedding clothes (John.14:1-4, 1 Cor.15:51-53, 1 Thes.4:13-18, Rev.19:6-8)

S
E
V
E
N

Y
E
A
R
S

* After the seven years have been completed, Christ will return to the earth to end the age and establish his millennial kingdom and the church follows behind him out of heaven riding on white horses wearing fine line, white and clean. (Mt.25:30-31, Rev.19:11-21). This is where Zech.14:1-4 takes place.
According to this doctrine, Jesus Returns to the Earth two times after His resurrection. Scriptures plainly teach it will be one time. Jesus says if He goes He will come again, not come again and again. Where does it mention whatsoever, that Christ Returns, then goes back to Heaven, then Returns again? Where? Nowhere, because it is not the TRUTH.

Jesus has gone to Heaven to prepare a place for us, When He Returns to get us, that PLACE will be with Him, that is the place Has has been preparing since the foundation of the Earth. When He comes to get the Church, that PLACE will be with Him, that is the PLACE the Saints will live in, and reign on the Earth for a thousand years. What? Do you think Jesus and the Saints will reign for a thousand years from Heaven? Scriptures plainly teach that God will be with men, and He will be their God.

A challenge for you. Show me any Scripture that shows or even implies that when Christ Raptures the Church, the NEW City Jerusalem is NOT WITH HIM?

Another challenge for you. Show me any Scripture that shows that Christ Returns, then Returns again yet another time?

Thanks

The word, "sleep" was coined by ancient men, uneducated in scientific facts about physical death to represent physical death. That people of this era still cling to these ancient, simpleton expressions is very sad, indeed.

Of course it is OK to say that we put our cats or dogs to sleep to refer to euthanizing them, but it is not the case, now, is it? It's inane. It's even worse if you apply to human beings! As human beings, made in the image of God, as a trip0artite being: body, soul and spirit, it behooves many of you here to delve into this and become informed about just what happens to the soul and spirit after death. We who know Jesus Christ and have become new creatures in Christ---do not die!

There are NO Scriptures that teach we will be taken to Heaven
I have provided the scripture that shows Christ going to the Father's house to prepare a place for all believers
Which does not teach that we will be taken to Heaven. Are you not understanding the question that i am asking? If there is a Scripture that teaches we are taken to HEAVEN, then please reveal that Scripture. Now you say you have provided the Scripture that shows going to the Father's House, That is True, we will go to the Father's House. That does not say or teach we will go to Heaven now does it? It plainly teaches we will go to the Fathers' House, NOT HEAVEN. Now where you are confused, is you believe that the Fathers House is going to be in Heaven, and therefore you are assuming if we are going to be going to the Father's House, which is in Heaven, then we are going to go to Heaven. But the Truth is, that is your assumption, not what Scriptures teach. Scriptures teach that the Father is going to come to the Earth, What is He coming in? According to Scriptures He will be in the New City Jerusalem, which by the way is the Father's House, where the Father will be living. And where will the Father be? In the Holy City, Where is the Holy City, ON Earth. Therefore you are assuming that when the Saints go to be in the Father's House, that it will be in Heaven. The Truth is when we go to be with the Father in His House, His House will be on Earth. Therefore we do not go to Heaven, but to the very place that Jesus said He was preparing for us, and that Place is the New City Jerusalem (Father's House) which will not be in Heaven (how be it it is the first Heaven, our atmosphere) but will be on EARTH.

and stating that he will then return and take us back to the Father's house as stated as a promise to his disciples and to all believers. Our being taken to the Father's must take place prior to the wrath of God and that because we are not appointed to suffer wrath. So the question is, why are you are claiming that there are no scriptures that teach that we will go to heaven, when it is right in front of you?
ahh , because that is still TRUE, Just because you mention the verse which plainly teaches we will go to be with the Father in the Father's House, does not mean His House is in Heaven like you are ASSUMING that it will be, because you do not know the Scriptures, which teach His House will be on EARTH, and not in Heaven. If i then make a comment that there are no verses which teach we will go to HEAVEN, please remained focused on the word "HEAVEN" Show me any verse which teaches when we die, we go to HEAVEN.

Surely you must agree that the "Father's house" can only be referring to heaven.
No, that is YOUR ASSUMPTION. NOT what Scriptures teach.

And since Jesus is going to prepare a place for us at the Father's house, then when he comes back he will be taking us to heaven, which is where the Father's house is.
NO, He will be taking us to the Father's House, which will be on EARTH, NOT in Heaven as you Assume it will be.

How difficult is that to understand?
Its not difficult to understand where you are coming from, and what you are saying above, i am merely pointing out to you that what you are saying is wrong, you believe as you do because you assume that the Father's House will be in Heaven when we are Raptured up with Jesus, that assumption is wrong. So i understand well where you are coming up with what you are saying, it's just wrong.

Furthermore, the Father's house has nothing to do with the New Jerusalem coming down out of heaven, but has to do with Jesus coming to take the church out of the world prior to God's wrath being poured out.
yet another assumption. What Scripture makes you believe that the Father's House and the New City Jerusalem have nothing to do with each other? When they Truth is they are one and the same thing. Know you not that where ever the Father lives is where His House is at.

Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

Rev 22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

If you understood these verses, you would realize that the Father lives in the Holy City. Which comes down OUT of Heaven, to the EARTH.

The new heaven, new earth and new Jerusalem does not show up until after the millennial period, where our being taken to the Father's house takes place prior to God's time of his wrath, which is at least a thousand years prior to when the new heaven, new earth and new Jerusalem come into being.
Where is all this stuff coming from? NOT SCRIPTURES. Please i beg of you reveal Scriptures which teach these things that you teach.
The new heaven, new earth and new Jerusalem does not show up until after the millennial period
How is this not your opinion? YOUR belief? If Scriptures teaches that nonsense, then reveal the Scriptures which teach those things come AFTER the millennial period. Help me to understand why you believe that, help me by showing me the Scriptures that leads you to believe those things happen AFTER the millennial period? Is it not True that is what you have come up with, that is what you personally believe will happen, based on your own thinking, your own interpretations, your own understanding? You teach that because that is what you yourself believe to be True. i am trying to point out to you that what you believe is not Scriptural, i am asking you to show me Scriptures, in an attempt to help you realize there are NO Scriptures which teach that, or even implies that. That teaching is from YOU, and not Scriptures.
our being taken to the Father's house takes place prior to God's time of his wrath,
Where does Scriptures teach that, please show. Surely what you believe to be TRUE, can be backed up by Scriptures, unless of coarse these things have been revealed to you in some other way (ie Voice from God, Angels, Dreams, Visions) But you do not, EVER, as far as i know, say what you teach comes from any of those divine methods. So please show Scriptures which teaches the Father's House takes place BEFORE God's time of His Wrath.

where our being taken to the Father's house takes place prior to God's time of his wrath, which is at least a thousand years prior to when the new heaven, new earth and new Jerusalem come into being.
Again, please show Scriptures that teach it will at least be a thousand years PRIOR to the New Heaven, New Earth. Odds are, you will not give any Scripture to back up the nonsense you spouted out above, because Scriptures do not teach false doctrines.

DiscipleDave said

The event that you are describing above, does not take place until after Christ's thousand year reign on this present earth and after the great white throne judgment has taken place. During or after the great white throne judgment, this present heaven and earth will have departed/passed away, as stated in Rev.20:11, 21:1. What you are not taking into account is that there must be thousand year reign of Christ on this present earth before the new heaven and new earth show up
sigh......... Yet again, show me one verse that teaches what you are saying, that Jesus Christ will reign for a thousand years BEFORE the New Heaven and the New Earth. What verses teach that? i know there is NONE, but you teach that, so show me the verse that leads you to believe that. it seems to me, your timing of all these events is way off, and is not Scriptural at all. So if you would be so kind. If what you are teaching is not a false doctrine, then show the Scriptures which back up what you are saying.

What you teach contradicts Scriptures
What God has told me, does not contradict any Scriptures
What you teach contradicts what God told me.

Do you not ask people to show you Scriptures when they say something that is not in Scriptures. i ask you the same thing, so show the Scriptures to back up what you teach.

I leave self taught and misrepresented people alone when they won't hear. But I will point out that the Bible tells of just one more coming of Christ, not two, if what you say was true, then he has 2 more coming before the final. But all bible scholars know that the Bible teaches of just one return, not two.

I can only ignore people who want to keep false doctrine alive.

Jayoish
Confirmation. i just told him also about his doctrine of two more Returns of Christ is NOT Scriptural. What is sad more than anything, is that He does not know the Master Voice (Truth) when it is presented to him, and worse yet, when Scriptures are presented to him that proves what he believes is in error, he will not hear it, having ears to hear, but will not hear. Very Sad indeed.

We who know Jesus Christ and have become new creatures in Christ---do not die!

.
People who do not know Christ, ---do not die! either. Consider what Jesus plainly taught:

Mat_25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

You are either a Sheep of the parable, or you are a Goat of the parable, you are either one or the other, there is nothing else.

1. Dying is not sleep. Our spirits are alive forever.

2. Human spirits who die are aware of time passing.

Revelation 6:9-11
[SUP] [/SUP]When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of all who had been martyred for the word of God and for being faithful in their testimony. [SUP]10 [/SUP]They shouted to the Lord and said, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?” [SUP]11 [/SUP]Then a white robe was given to each of them. And they were told to rest a little longer until the full number of their brothers and sisters—their fellow servants of Jesus who were to be martyred—had joined them.

1. Dying is not sleep. Our spirits are alive forever.
The spirit that is in us, is immortal, it will either forever be with God or forever be separated from God. The spirit that is in us can't die. A spiritual death is to for ever to be separated from Life? God is Life. Therefore any spirit that is forever separated from God is a spiritual death. NOT that that spirit ceases to exist. All spirits are immortal. A Christian person who dies, their flesh is dead, but their spirit is not dead, but sleeps until Judgement Day When Christ Returns and opens up the Books, and if a sleeping spirit is found in the Book of Life, they rise from the dead (NOT THEIR FLESH, but the sleeping spirit will rise, and in rising it will then recieve a NEW body, a Glorified Body, flesh made from Heaven, not flesh made from Earth.

2. Human spirits who die are aware of time passing.
lol, who told you that? Where is that written?

Anyone who is killed for the Word of God, or killed defending the Word of God, or killed because they will not reject God, are these that are under the alter during the 5th seal, these do not sleep until Judgement Day. But these are the only exception to those who sleep in Christ.

Correct! No one sleeps.
Who said that? i did not say that. Those who go away to everlasting Life or to everlasting Punishment, only do so on JUDGEMENT DAY. So prior to that DAY of Judgment, Those who die in Christ sleep until Christ raises them first when He Returns. Right this second, you who is reading this, has a spirit inside of you. That spirit right now does not experiencing eternal life nor eternal punishment, that only happens when the Book of Life is opened on Judgement Day and determines it to happen. (exception to only those who are killed for the Word of God sake)

YOU say "correct no one sleeps", but Scriptures teaches they do sleep. So who should we believe? YOU or the Word of God?

Joh_11:11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; (DEAD) but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Lazarus was DEAD, but Jesus said He was asleep. The flesh indeed was DEAD, but the spirit of Lazarus was sleeping. Argue with God?

Act_13:36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:

1Co_11:30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep (DIE).

1Co_15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep
(DIE), but we shall all be changed,

1Th_4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

Scriptures plainly teach there are those who sleep in Jesus, So why do you teach that no one sleeps? Why?
