There is so much talk about rebuilding the third Holy Temple and so many prediction on the time for Christ second coming. The first temple built by king Solomon as the place of worship and a permanent resting place for the Ark of the covenant, then the second temple built on the same spot as the first temple and a reprica of the first one, but the Ark of the covenant was never at the second temple duringxits existence. Now the same spot where the two temple once were is said to be occupied by Muslims. And there are talks about the "temple in waiting" which is not on the same spot as the first two. It is said that the the third temple when it's build will be the same as the original king Solomon's temple with altars for ritual sacrifices. Does that mean the blood sacrifices with be performed again? And the whereabout of the Ark not known? Some bible scholars say it is has been kept safe and protected in Ethiopia for over 3000 years, it was brought to Etheopia by Menelek son of king Solomon and the queen of Sheeba. So if the is no Ark and the land is occupied by Muslims how will the third temple be built? Does anyone have more information on this?

Jesus replied, "believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem... Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."

Technically Herod's temple was the 3rd temple...in Jerusalem that is. Josephus tells us that Herod removed Zerubbabel's temple to include it's very foundation and replace it with his own. The reasoning is is pretty obvious as well - building/rebuilding the temple was a messianic/kingly task. Herod removes one and replaces it with his own to try and legitimize his own claims. In any case, he removed the 2nd temple and built another one.

There were other Jewish/Israelite temples as well. We know of at least one in each location of Samaria, Leontopolis, and Elephantine. There seem to have been others as well in places like Shiloh, Schechem, and Dan.

A third Temple would be an abomination. Christ brought an end to the sacrificial system. It would also not be in keeping with the ritual requirements detailed in the Bible. The temple Mount is the only legitimate place for it to be built. A Red Heifer iis required for sacrifices and they are extinct. No one has produced a detailed list of the Priestly families required to serve in it.
The High Priest has to be ritually clean. As the whole land is considered unclean He would have had to have avoided walking on it since birth. Judaism has been developed for 2000 years without the Temple being present. I would think that a sudden change would put the whole system in disarray. Ultra Orthodox Jews believe that only the Messiah can build it anyway. I expect there are a number of other things that would stop construction. That said it is probable that the future Antichrist will build one somewhere in Jerusalem but it wont be anything to do with God

There will be another temple built and will exist during the tribulation period as Revelation 11 clearly shows.

It will however not be the same as the first two temples including the remodeling done by Herod on the 2nd temple, as the outer court is left off of this temple because the Gentiles are given it to trample a.k.a. in control of that area.

An architect already has a blue print drawn up showing this new temple side by side with the Dome of the Rock, and it has been accepted by some already. As well do they have all the things to go inside the temple already made an in storage.

As for the Ark of the Covenant there is no actual proof it is in Ethiopia besides just a word of mouth just like some of the other claims.

However a man named Ron Wyatt has claimed to of found the Ark of the Covenant in Jerusalem in Jeremiah's Grotto.
After finding it he said he heard from the Lord that it was not time to reveal it yet, and that it would be revealed when the man of sin is on the scene.

Good answer!

And Jesus talked about the temple being destroyed and rising in three days. And then Jesus was destroyed and rose in three days.

And the veil in the temple that covered the Holy of Holies covered it so Man could not see God's glory, for he would be killed without the rituals and the repenting before hand. Even then only the Levite high priest could go in. Anyone else would be (and were) killed. But Jesus was our Passover lamb, our scapegoat, our sin sacrifice. He is our ark! And when he died, the Father accepted that perfect sacrifice and immediately that veil was ripped apart. No hand touched it. It just ripped apart. (Made of tapestry too, so it wasn't some cheap fabric.)

Jesus is our temple. He talked about it. He proved it.

Man wants another way -- any other way that seems easier to him and he is in control of. None exist. Jesus is it. That's why God utterly and completely destroyed Jerusalem shortly after Jesus ascended. That's why no one can find the ark. God did what he always planned to do, but before doing that, he showed us why it has to be this way.

Don't waste time listening to those who think there will be another temple. There may well be one some time in the far distant future. But there is only one Temple, and he is Jesus. There is only one Ark and he is Jesus. All the rest of the junk you hear is just that -- junk.

I don't know if you have soap operas on TV in your country, so I'll explain what they are. (You probably do have them. lol) They're shows for woman about pretty people mating like rodents and forever falling in and out of love so many times it makes my head spin. It's to entertain people, but it's really harmful, because it plants seeds of doubt in women that men can never love forever nor can they, so mating like rodents is the only way to deal with life. It's junk!

Not much different than people forever guessing about biblical relics that are just that -- relics. Trash-Dump-worthy items now. Don't go for the trash when Jesus is the real deal. He doesn't tarnish with age. He keeps on being God forever changing us to his glory, if we just trust him.

Much, much better deal then going into the Holy of Holies to gain a glimpse of God and wonder if he might not just kill you on the spot.

Yours? Yes. Why do you ask?
You are the one who said that what anybody says on the end times is junk.

All prophecies in the bible that are fulfilled or yet to be fulfilled are things that will and have physically taken place here on earth, and Jesus told us to look for the signs so that we are not deceived when those times come.

So it is not junk to speak on the events of the world that is aligning with biblical prophecy, and there is at least 3 scriptures that speak on a future temple that will exist during the tribulation. It also states that the man of sin will go into this temple and claim to be God and an idol to him will be set up in it. This can not happen if there is not a temple to defile, and the only way it can be defiled is if it is God's temple, for the antichrist can not defile what is already a defilement.

That is why I asked though because following and instructing on bible prophecy is not junk !!!

That is the temple that will exist during the Millennial reign of Christ, rather or not it will be one and the same as that mentioned in Revelation 11 has yet to be revealed to me by the Holy Spirit. They both are physical temples and I tend to think they will be one and the same because nowhere does the bible say Jerusalem will be destroyed again just desolate because the Jews will flee when the man of sin invades Israel.

Look at your post above where I highlighted, underlined, and enlarged where you said people who believe in a third temple being built are not to be listened to because it is junk.

There are biblical passages that show another physical temple on earth, so it is not junk to speak on another one being built.

Yup! That junk! Your junk! Not Biblical at all, nor is all the prophecy in the Bible junk. None of it was or is junk. Then again, you make it into junk, but that's your junk, not Biblical at all. And your junk is exactly the junk I'm trying to get Lihle to ignore.

I speak truth about you. Try not to lie so much about me and others. It's rather annoying.
