Re: What is the Difference Between The Roman Catholic Church & The Born Again Christi
OK...what you are really asking is "What does catholicism have to do with being BORN Again..as JESUS explained to NIcodemus" For some reason, "Christianity' , as defined by the world's standards, includes Catholic, Seventh Day Adventists, Presbyterian and all other denominations. However, keep in mind that God's idea of being a Christian is the fact that CHRIST comes first and foremost. His Son JESUS is to be praised, worshipped and surrendered to...because of the sacrifice that HE did for each individual on the cross.
Being 'Born Again" is an expression used in Christian circles to explain a real salvation experience, accepting JESUS as your personal Savior. Yes, there are "Born Again" people from all denominational backgrounds. Most true BORN AGAIN believers in CHRIST who live and walk in His Spirit, will find a 'church' that allows just that. Otherwise, there are plenty of 'churches" that suit all personalities. If you enjoy dull routine and dogma as part of a worship and praise service, there are churches that express that. If you enjoy a somewhat more open worship service, with a few testimonies, an occasional "Amen", and a specific time when the service is over....then there are churches that do that. If you enjoy singing praises, where the GOSPEL is preached, BIBLES are heard rustling as the pages are being explored and studied and the bulletin does not hinder the Holy Spirit from working...then there are certainly churches that utilize His presence and offer that kind of worship In Short, there are only 2 kinds of churches: The Happy/Clappy & the Frozen/Chosen...all depending on how the congregation decides to conduct it's WORSHIP services.
