Yup. Although the bible doesn't go into details about whether Joseph's father was alive or if he had brothers. It's quite possible that Joseph and Mary did not make the trip alone. In fact, I do believe that one of the Gospel makes makes of Mary having a helper / nursemaid.
Some even believe that Joseph was actually widowed before being betrothed to Mary and had a couple of children before hand. There is no biblical evidence for this but it would logically explain why Jesus did not inherit Joseph's estate thus placing Jesus as "head of household" under Jewish tradition which could have been a potential hinderence to Jesus' ministry. That would also explain the tension between Jesus and His brothers and why His brother James didn't step into the public eye until after Jesus' death and ressurection. It would also explain why Jesus left his mother Mary in the care of John "the Beloved" (while hanging on the cross) that is if Mary did not have other children after Jesus.
