"From you comes my praise in the great congregation; my vows I will perform before those who fear him.
[SUP]26 [/SUP]The afflicted shall eat and be satisfied;
those who seek him shall praise the Lord!
May your hearts live forever!

[SUP]27 [/SUP]All the ends of the earth shall remember
and turn to the Lord,
and all the families of the nations
shall worship before you.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]For kingship belongs to the Lord,
and he rules over the nations.

[SUP]29 [/SUP]All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship;
before him shall bow all who go down to the dust,
even the one who could not keep himself alive.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Posterity shall serve him;
it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation;
[SUP]31 [/SUP]they shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn,
that he has done it." Psalm 22:25-31

Praising God seems like us giving him worship but to me it's something more amazing than that. Praising God with all your heart seems to connect us with him in a way we normally can't. When I praise him and worship him with all my heart it's almost as if I am brought into a different realm with him and my very soul feels as if it will burst out of me and soar into the sky with him.

Very nicely said, and right in line with how I understand the Lord's Prayer template. I would modify one thing however:

And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive others who trespass against us <-------------- pleading for mercy as we demonstrate an equal measure of mercy for others.

We needn't ask God for mercy towards those who have wronged us, that is something He left for us to do on our own, stating elsewhere in the Bible that as we do for others He will do for us.
You must be vastly less bullheaded than I am. I need God's help to even want to give mercy to anyone else.

I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm honestly that bad.

I have a hymn book at home, and my daughter and I study, pray, and praise God in our home.

As he was drawing near—already on the way down the Mount of Olives—the whole multitude of his disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying, "Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!" And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, rebuke your disciples." He answered, "I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out."

[h=1]Isaiah 40:28-31(NIV)[/h]28 Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

a different sort of praise, an agonizing kind, given not to God but to the mountains and rocks!!...

Then the kings of the earth, the important people, the generals, the rich, the powerful, and all the slaves and free people concealed themselves in caves and among the rocks in the mountains. They told the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb. For the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to endure it?"
(Rev 6:15-17)

Goes to show how blind people are. They Know the real God but hide him in their hearts, until confronted.

Here we have the leaders of the world. Who would consider themselves atheists. or following other Gods. Knowing full well, this is the wrath of god (great tribulation) and who is able to withstand God. (imagine pain and suffering so severe yuojust want to die, but you can't die. Of course by now. it is too late..

(This is the Psalm for those of us who can't sing at all)

98 O sing unto the Lord[FONT=Helvetica Neue, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] a new song; for he hath done marvelous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.[/FONT]2 The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
5 Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
6 With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.
7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
8 Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
9 Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.

I can't sing either, so I figure I'll make my big splash here. :p

When the lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
