But what about praising and worshiping our Lord?
I don't see us studying Scripture in heaven (but maybe).
I don't see us praying there either.

But we will be praising so worship up :)

REVELATION
8 And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation,
10 and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God,
and they shall reign on the earth.”
8 And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty,
who was and is and is to come!”
9 And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 “Worthy are you, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they existed and were created.”
9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

We won't be studying scripture on the new earth, we'll be living it!

And that is indeed cause for praise and worship!

Thank You Father, thank You Jesus, thank You Holy Spirit for making it all possible!

He inhabits the praises of his people. We need to rejoice, give him praise. He is worthy. King David danced, sang, worshipped.
So should we. He has overcame. He laid down his life so we can be free.

Mark: 8. 34. And calling the multitude together with his disciples, he said to them: If any man will follow me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 35. For whosoever will save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel, shall save it.
36. For what shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his soul?
37. Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
38. For he that shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation: the Son of man also will be ashamed of him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

For this is the truth that who ever read and understand it
while keeping his words of doctrines unto their hearts and souls
cannot be trap by the deception men . ...

For the deception of men . ...
And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.
And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof.
Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

And that's why . ...
Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother:
And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.
But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.
Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts:
But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.

 what a nice story . ...

Rock and roll in the Old Testament.

Psalm 150:4-6
Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!

Praise God.

Revelation 19:4-7 (KJV)
4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow be thy name <-------------praise

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven <---- more praise with an offering of giving up our will for his will in us.

Give us this day our daily bread <---------- asking for what's needed

And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive others who trespass against us <-------------- pleading for mercy and asking for an equal measure of mercy for others.

For thine is the kingdom, the power, and glory. Amen <------ worship as the result of prayer.

I suspect, in heaven, we won't need daily bread or to forgive or be forgiven again. Outside of that, I don't see where this is much different than that. I see prayer as talking to God about many things. I see reading the Bible as his answers many times. The rest happens as we live our lives.

My memory is lousy and my ability to memorize scripture is lousy. Would you mind telling me where this passage comes from? I don't recognize it.

Very nicely said, and right in line with how I understand the Lord's Prayer template. I would modify one thing however:

And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive others who trespass against us <-------------- pleading for mercy as we demonstrate an equal measure of mercy for others.

We needn't ask God for mercy towards those who have wronged us, that is something He left for us to do on our own, stating elsewhere in the Bible that as we do for others He will do for us.

I think my main point was that Praise will be the main thing throughout eternity and not so much prayer and bible reading...I think.

Psalms 119:2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

Prayerful study is a form or worship, and communion. :) Singing to the Lord is wonderful too.
