of military forces with different agendas are assembling in the middle east. China is currently waiting on the sidelines while Obama and Putin are clearly at odds with each other. What is Israel doing? What is Iran doing? This thing has the makings of a giant conflagration. Time will tell.

Does not scripture tell us that there will be a conflagration anyways? It does not matter who is president - God is working out his purposes. And I know where I'm going.

At last, I will finally get to meet many of you.

We are living in dangerous times. Right now our Parliament is debating whether to extend our participation by bombing Syria. Its being put to the vote about 10pm our time. People here are divided over the issue. In answer to your questions I reckon Israel is keeping a low profile and Iran continues to prop up Assad. I hope something positive will be done about the whole thing but I doubt if anything will.

Why worry? (It's a sin anyway).

God is still on the Throne. Nothing is going to thwart His purposes. Let us rather rejoice that our names are written in heaven.
