Has anybody ever tried to locate it? Where do y'all think it is? Is it a physical place of a spiritual one? If it is a spiritual place, was it destroyed by the flood?

The Garden of Eden is a state of being called 'a proper relationship with God'

I think it is somewhere in Africa buried deep beneath the Sahara desert that if somebody bothered to dig up deep enough might find it.

Rev 2:7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.'

Doesn't really matter where it's buried, him who overcomes will see Eden again, or... New Eden?

Be careful ye don't dig too far
Amo 9:2 Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

hahahahahah How are we going to distract the Cherubim...................that's hilarious......

Actually the Garden is indeed a very real place, and now it is under the Gulf of Oman...............Simple way do discover this is follow the Rivers mentioned in Genesis......Specifically the Tigris and the Euphrates.........Follow them............They end in the Gulf of Persia or better known as The Persian Gulf.......

Remember the Flood has changed dramatically the surrounding TERRA FIRMA............Significantly........Water levels rose.... we live on average 6+ miles higher today, than the people of the Garden location, Adam's decendants, etc........

And uh, I don't think the Cherubim with the flaming sword is still there.........

Gulf of Oman ........................I JUST HAD A FUNNY THOUGHT.............MAYBE THEY NAMED IT THAT BECAUSE THEY SAW THAT GIANT ANGEL......

AND SAID.................." O MAN "

lol.

SeekinHIM.....

P.S. When you look at Geographical charts of the area according to Archaeology, you will discover the Gulf of Oman, was the exact location of what are called the head waters in Genesis...........Gen 2:10 This is where it all started.....

SeekinHIM ...........apple pie anyone.....?

Hi Proud,

Ive never tried myself to locate it, but I have 3 bible atlases here and a few diagrams in Study bibles, they are pretty much the same.

As for it being buried here or buried there, this is just mindless speculation.

You make a very good point Proud abut the flood, for if a world wide flood occurred then we could assume the that the original rivers etc would not exist.

The Garden certainly existed, the garden was planted in Eden. it is certainly not a 'state of being'.

It was a real place.

You can start from the point where we know the last biblical character was, then trace out a series of possible routes that mankind could travel in 2000 years, draw a circular radius from each starting point and where they all intersect there's your answer.

I would think there was a real (physical) Garden of Eden. The face of the earth is always changing. Therefore, finding the location of the Garden of Eden might be impossible to do.
