the anointing of praise and worship. breaksthrough and lifts depression

isaiah ch 61 v 3..] to appoint unto them that mourn in zion to give them beauty for ashes the oil of joy for mourning the garment of praise, for the spirit of heaviness. that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the lord that he might be glorified..... [ jhon ch 4 v 14 .] but whoever shall drink the water that i shall give him shall never thirst, but the water that i shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into.. everlasting life...[. ephesians ch 5 v 18 v 19 v 20 ] be you filled wit the spirit speaking to yourselves in psalms hymns and spiritual songs, making music and melody in your heart to the lord....... god has called us to be breakthrough believers. no matter what our conditions or curcumastances we can praise and worship the lord and even though in the midst of really difficult curcumstances we can breakthrough heaviness oppression and the spirit of heaviness. there are situations were grief and sorrow is a natrual grieving process and is unhealthy to supress that ....but also satan can oppress and put a spirit of heaviness over us and we can breakthrough that atmosphere by the anointing of god scripture calls it the oil of joy ive been in situations as a believer when under pressure or discouragement if wanted to be in a cave for a while ..and god is with us as you read about the prophet elijah... but the lord told me to worship him in the spirit and sing in the spirit in other tounges well his ways of having us deal with a situation are not our ways. it instantly completley changed the spiritual atmosphere around me .. it wasnt so much an anointing coming into the place but allowing god [ the holyspirit to rise u within my spirit .... jesus said when we have drank the water he gives[the holy spirit] that the holy spirit would be a well of water continually welling and springing up within us for us to drink that living water....praise the lord.. the veil has been removed not only have we access to god but our spirit man is the hollie of hollies were god inhabits and dwells we are the temple of the holyspirit.. sometimes counselling can give a real release from emotional depression.. but there is an anointing for breaking through the oppresion of the devil that changes the spiritual atmosphere. when we put on that garment of praise and let the anointing flow in us and sing in the spirit and make music and melody in our hearts to the lord the spirit of god rises up and flows through our spirits.. we can position ourselves to not allow depression or heavinesswe are created to praise and worship the lord and we are called to be breakthrough belivers and not be dominated by the oppresion of the devil we can rise up praise the lord and allow the joy of the lord to flow out of our spirit...and heaviness will be broken over us......alan

praying in tounges keeps us spiritualy connected in the same way you tune a radio to pick up a reception when you pray in the spirit your spirit picks up the revelationary voice of god ... alan

Good post. I think the mistake that many believers make is to think that someone's spiritual gifting has something to do with their character. Another mistake is to conceptually separate the anointing from the Holy Spirit and to link the anointing with a man/woman. The anointing comes because of the Holy Spirit. When the anointing comes it is because the Holy Spirit has come, not because a man entered into the room. The Holy Spirit may manifest out of men, as He has always intended to flow out of us like a river, but all the glory should always go to God, not a man that has the river flowing out of him.

I am happy to have people around who Love the Word of God. The church would be completely out of balance without them. I think God purposely put people who naturally emphasize one or the other. This was because he intended for us to gather together as a church family, rather than church agreement. Together we find a good balance where God wants us to be. There are essential doctrines that everyone should believe like the death of Jesus on the cross, His resurrection, repentance of sin, etc, but the non-essentials shouldn't be dividing the body of Christ. This is where I am coming from.

listening to praise and worship keeps you focused on god do it alot myselfeven in background in my house when just doing stuff.......... when you sow to the spirit you reap life and peace ...alan
