Some say that the same GOD that spoke In the old testament/covenant Is the same GOD that spoke In the new testament/covenant and since GOD does not change,we should keep the law and be under grace at the same time.

I believe Its either law or grace, but not both at the same time.

Romans 7:1-4 KJVS
[1] Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? [2] For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. [3] So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. [4] Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

By grace alone, yes. But don't forget:James 2:
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Very selective choices of scripture.......there is the positive understanding taught by Jesus Christ, the Psalms, John's epistles, Revelation, and much more.

The law is good when applied lawfully, but by the out of context selections posted I can understand that this concept has not been received. T

he law is established by faith according to Paul, and anything established is not passed, cancelled, abolished or the like.

All of the law hangs on the two great laws of love. This is not saying the law is abolished, it says the law is there depending upon these two great laws.

Jesus does not lie. It is certain Paul, John, David, and all others do not lie about the law.

If you do not understand how the law is to be applied lawfully under the teaching of Jesus Christ, fine, it will come to you if you study and pray and meditate. However before understanding the manner taught by Jesus Christ in approaching the law under grace you condemn it, you are also condemning yourself to being not much in the eternal Kingdom to come.

Do not teach wholesale against the law, rather learn what it is when faith, mercy and justice are applied. These three are more than sufficient to explain how it is to be applied.

This is being a child of obedience as opposed to the condition under which we were all found by the Good Shepherd.

Do not teach against what you do not yet understand.

John 1:17 For the LAW was given by Moses but Grace and truth by Jesus Christ
Acts 13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the LAW of Moses

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
If a persons body Is alive and BTW Its the spirit that gives life, and If their faith Is true, they will do good physical works.

Called conditional sanctification.
