Paul speaks much of Grace in his letters. He says we are saved by grace, set free by grace, under grace.
How would you explain this grace Paul spoke of so much?

Grace is a relatively new concept in my life. Doesn’t it refer to the Lord giving us blessings and favors that we have not earned?

I will give you my quick summary, but I should warrn you, some Christians take a very dim view of it.

You came to God because He called you, because he loved you, you could never have come to Him otherwise. All that is required from you is that you accept His love and love Him back. If in your heart you love him you will want to please Him.

Gods good laws have been written on your heart. This simply means that in your heart you want to live as God wants you to live. It isn't a case that a certain number of commandments have been ingrained in your head.

Now as you want to live in your heart as God wants you to live, if you are trusting in His son and looking to him you will not deliberately sin, that only comes when we look away from God's son.

So what's the deal here? What you gotta do?

Jesus died on the cross for every sin you could ever commit. He paid the price ogf them all, therefore as long as you are trustung him and looking to him you have no condemnation whatever for sin, because no wrong in you is therefore committed deliberately. Of course, there are times we slip and look away from Christ, at these times we have to come in repentance from the heart, but the rest of the time as long as you are looking to Jesus and trust=ing him you are absolutely free. Free of your condemnation and guilt(the law)

Only trhe law can condemn you for sin, and for you every sin you could ever commit has been paid for by Christ. Therefore

Bind up the testimony, seal up ther law among my disciples. Isiaih8:16

Your covenant with death will been annulled
Your agreement with the grave will not stand Isiaih 2818

What was the covenant of death.

The Apostle Paul said that when the commandment came(coveting) he died.

For sin, seizinmg the oppurtunity afforded by the commandment deceived me and throiugh the commandmnet put me to death. Rom7:11

You will get some tell you that you are still under some law, you are not.

For sin shall not be your master, for you are not under law but under grace. Rom6:14

I call that some grace. You need have no guilt, no shame and all because you have a righteousness that Christ died for. Your righteousness as long as you live is built on only one thing. Trusting that your saviour died for your sins. It is Christ's righteousness given to you.

Dont let man or woman convince you otherwise, you are so free you should be jumping up and down delirious. Your load is light said Jesus, I only give light burdens.

Well if you feel your load is heavy, maybe you haven't accepted such grace as this.

God requires you to simply trust in His Son. Then His Son through the Spirit will do the changing in you.

But remember your righteousness is Christ. You must trust him, and you will be totally free
