Is taking communion and the Small juice glass thing breaking a fast

Im doing a water and porridge only fast, but i took the holy communion bread and the juice in the shot glass, was that breaking the fast?

Its hard to believe that someone would be so confused by religion that they would question if taking the Lords Body and Blood is somehow breaking a fast that they seem to think is going to get them closer to God? Sorry friend you have a lot of things backward in your knowledge of Christ.

My hammer broke the other day ... I needed one of those - thanks .... now if I can only pry it out of the wall behind me ... :D

The truth is called a sword ..not because it always "feels" good but because it cuts folks and judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart..if someone is so mislead to think that the Lords Supper is sinful or harmful against a silly fast? They need someone honest enough to tell them how unbiblical and unspiritual that is....thank you... Now you ladies need to let the grownups and men talk some too on these forums.
