The answer is: Pride.

Scriptures says that people threw off their knowledge of God. Pride is the culprit,
same as it was for Satan, and same as it was for Adam and Eve. Some may have
simply never heard of Jesus, which is why we are to carry the message of the
good news into the world. God is capable of revealing Himself to whom He chooses.

Pride? I don't get it. Are you saying the existence of god is so obvious that only pride could account for non christians?

"
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse" Rom 1:18-20

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God." Psa 14:1a

I grew up believing in God but I was not committing myself to God because I wanted to be bad.
Usually in those situations, I was sitting on the throne of God and God was outside of my circle.
It is pride that keeps God from sitting on the throne of your life.
If you have pride then you don't want anyone telling you what to do and you are on God's throne of your life.

By Faith.

Some don't believe JESUS existed IMO because they want to do their own thing .
Like Frank said,"I did It my way"

Creation itself attests to the glory of God. What do non-believers do? They remove God from the equation to say everything came from nothing. Some of them are nihilists, saying there is no inherent meaning, no rhyme or reason. Their statements defy their own ability to think and reason, even as they want to believe themselves to be of superior intelligence to theists, while claiming they base their beliefs on facts, even though most of what they believe they simply accept on faith. God can be known through personal experience, and it is promised to those that diligently seek that they shall find.

An interesting aspect of agnosticism is that it is defined as someone who does not know and does not believe that anyone else can know either. It is kind of like saying, "There are no absolutes! " Do you know why? It is because saying there are no absolutes is a self contradictory statement. Agnosticism is like that, but at least it is more honest in part than saying there is no God. The atheist wants to turn their lack of empirical experiential evidence into proof of God's non-existence, however, lack of evidence is not proof for anything. Again, seek and you will find!

What I learned about God this Sunday in Church was God's love demonstrated in Hardship and the chapter was Genesis 35.

"Often, when making a decision that may lead to hardship, there is the temptation to assume that God is angry and therefore causes the hardship as punishment. Thankfully, God's love is not connected to shifting emotions, but to his infinite, unchanging perfections. Unfortunately, our definition of God's love has been so corrupted by the world that it often leave us crushed or at best, bewildered. Too many believers are under the delusion that God's love means we get everything we want, without pain, suffering, or hardship."

The explanation of God's love is 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 which is to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead.

2 Corinthians 1:8 ¶ For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
2 Corinthians 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

The other explanation is God will deliver us. Vs 11 Pray.

2 Corinthians 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;
2 Corinthians 1:11 Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.

The Biblical model relates to Jacob's family and the whole human race because He is immanent and transcendent.

The OP spelled God with a lower case g. So obviously he is implying he does not believe in god, or in the one true God.

Karaka: "No i m an agnostic who would like to respectfully ask what make you sure you are right about god"
Being agnostic and not believing in anything, how would you know if we are right, wrong, lying, or telling you the truth??
My question to you is: How can you NOT believe in a Supreme Being, a Creator? Do you seriously believe that ALL that you see around you...the intricacies of creation....organs, plants, animals, HUMANS....all emerged from some pool of slime and formed themselves? Where did the slime come from if so? Evolution is an UNPROVEN THEORY. Yet there is a TON of documentation that the man Jesus walked the earth, was crucified and over 500 people saw and spoke to Him AFTER HIS RESURRECTION.
Truly, it takes more 'faith' to believe we all came from slime, ( and that left to itself could emerge and 'evolve' into the complicated beings that are on the planet today) dust, whatever, than to believe that a Creator created each organism for His pleasure. That includes you. And He wants to have a relationship with you.
