Israel reaches her 70th anniversary of becoming a nation during 2017 - 2018 time frame. I thought would be something if this time also happens to be on one of their 50th Jubilee celebrations, ordained by God long ago. As I understand it, no one really knows for sure the exact day(s) the 50 year Jubilee's falls on, as that was lost over time. But we do know the time when God fulfilled His prophecy of resurrecting Israel and that He doesn't do these things out of happenstance, but very orderly and purposeful.
Anywho, since God works with Israel regarding the number 70 a lot, I'm going to pay attention and watch during this time coming up. Something may happen on 70th year, or right after the 70 years of their rebirth.
As far as the Jubilee year, I went back in history 50 years from 2017-2018 twice to see if there was anything significant regarding Israel. Here what I found:
50 years ago in 1967-1968 -
The recapture of old city Jerusalem and Temple mount.

The Balfour Declaration - World power(Britain) propose/endorsed the need for a Jewish owned/run home in Palestine, something that hasn't existed since it was destroyed about 2000 years ago.

Anyway, thought it was interesting. Will something happen 2017 - 2018 ? I don't know with absolute certainty, but I'll be watching and we will see what/if anything happens.
